It's so easy to solve all of this. Like if someone doesn't have $50k usd in cash on elections day, no vote. This prevents the poor from interfering with people who are actually contributing to society.

If you are unemployed, you have a year to get a job. Failure to do so strips you of your citizenship and you are deported.
