The board members would have been fine with it. Considering some of the shit ROBLOX's name has been tied up with it ain't that good. It would have been sold on the grounds of pushing for the metaverse and trying to monopolize an online space.

It was always tolerated by corporate on the grounds that it brought in players and money. ROBLOX corp has finally acknowledged that they were in favour it. Then again, David Bazooka has always been a cow of sorts.

Aside from the company allowing online dating (in their future plans), there was an incident involving Simbuilder at the Developers Conference. He allegedly harassed the attendees and conference security, and committed assault on federal officers of the United States Park Police while resisting arrest. This or the RDC shooting threats posted on Twitter, or a combination of both may have resulted in the 2023 Developers Conference and innovation awards being cancelled.

Wait. So the 2nd guy is an alleged "shooter" who tried to force his way into the conference. Did he have a ticket? I am going to take a wild guess that he planned that far ahead. If they refund him fine.

But all of his ammunition and guns were left in his car? What kind of a shooter forgets his guns and ammunition in his car? And how do you have a "concealed gun" in your car? Anyone who keeps a fire arm in their car should always keep it out of sight. Preferably in the trunk while they are away.

Armor piecing ammunition sounds bad, but is that just a local law issue? The "high capacity" magazine sounds like a local law issue.

Way too few details. Unless more and better details come out on the 2nd guy, I am calling bullshit on "attempted shooting."

Did the 2nd guy make threats prior to arriving? Did the guy make threats to shoot up the venue after he was refused entry? If he was refused entry, I am assuming they knew something about this guy ahead of time. Did they sell him a online ticket anyway?

The owner of the creepy femboy hooters game also appears to have scrubbed most of his twitter from late 2018 to 2023. I wonder what was there before it happened...

There's also dox of one of the creators (LIQUIDCYNICAL) on doxbin as well as the implication of others being doxed but I can't remember the tag to hide it from the kiwifarms equivalent of noob guest players

All of these charges are “local law issues.” California is fucked. Those aren’t even charges in like 45 states. In Alabama having all that stuff is just another Saturday.
