I haven’t RTFT (keep having to stop to live rl) but this article seems appropriate to add.

Thousands of UK young people caught watching online child abuse images

Highlighted because this is the crux, the erotic template. The complete takeover of child online spaces by pedos IS GENERATING MORE PEDOS.

It’s a contamination.

Before, it was not uncommon that victims of child abuse would become child abusers in adulthood.

It’s just made it more accessible and easier to spread.

Perhaps the Spanish Inquisition needs to be brought back and set on nonces rather than heretics, Jews and Muslims.

THE WILD RIDE NEVER ENDS
As of now, ROBLOX is not only getting sued by angry parents but now investors are filing a class action lawsuit against the company for securities fraud. ROBLOX seems to not only neglected and fucked over the children that use the site, but also it's own investors (allegedly™). They are also suing the CEO David Baszucki and other executives for said fraud.

To quote what the law firm is accusing the Roblox Corporation:

The filed complaint alleges that Roblox Corporation made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) the Roblox platform had insufficient content controls and lacked user spending restrictions; (2) these inadequate controls enabled younger Roblox users to play games with inappropriate content and make excessive, unauthorized Robux purchases; (3) a material portion of Roblox’s bookings and revenue growth was due to these excessive, unauthorized Robux purchases; (4) fourth quarter 2021 and 2022 bookings would be negatively impacted by Roblox’s planned rollout of enhanced parental controls; and (5) based on the foregoing, the Company’s bookings and revenue growth was unsustainable throughout the class period.

Various law firms are suggesting to investors who've lost more than $100,000 on $RBLX stock. The goal is to compensate the investors who've lost money on roblox stock.

From The Rosen Lawfirm:
SO WHAT: If you purchased Roblox class A common stock during the Class Period you may be entitled to compensation without payment of any out of pocket fees or costs through a contingency fee arrangement.

Actually that's a taboo subject if you think about it. While they decided that biological sex is just a societal meme, sexuality was decided to be hard wired and biological. People who was derided for saying grooming and molestation is part of the faggotshit could be vindicated. lol

Lawsuit Dissection Post
Post Theme:

Continuing from last night's post. This post is here to go into further detail about the lawsuit and the allegations (which are most likely to be true considering the shady behavior of the company as a whole). The claims are being brought up against the following people within the company who have been alleged by the plaintiffs to have engaged in in securities fraud, specifically insider trading. Three of the defendants are corporate executives and one a senior director within the company.

- David Baszucki, Roblox's Chief Executive Officer
- Plaintiff claims that he sold 2.5 Million shares for $235 Million in proceeds in 2021.
- Michael Guthrie, Roblox's Chief Financial Officer
- Claimed by the plantiff suing that he sold 1.6 Million shares for $122 Million in proceeds in 2021.
- Craig Donato, Roblox's Chief Business Officer
- It is claimed that Donato sold 2 Million shares for $157 Million worth of proceeds
- Eliza Jacobs, Senior Director of Product Policy at Roblox
- Implemented parental control features that led to the significant devaluing of the company on the stock exchange.

The lawsuit primarily has to do with the stock price of RBLX between March 10th, 2021 and February 15th, 2022. In September 2021, the Roblox Corporation implemented parental controls that substantially decreased the value of the company in Q4 of 2021 and Q1 of 2022. The implementation of these parental controls led to an extreme deceleration in bookings growth and as a result led to a significant price drop in the price of individual shares after Q4 of 2021 and Q1 of 2022. The price would drop from a peak of $138.77 per share on November 16th, 2021 to $53.17 per share on February 16th, 2022 due to the corporate's unsustainable growth goals.

RBLX Stock History as of December 7th, 2023 at 9:30 am EST

In other words, Roblox was severely overvalued due to the lack of parental controls that limited children spending money on the game. A few days after the Q3 disclosures CBO Donato would sell 275,000 RBLX shares for near all time high proceeds of $35 Million. Two weeks after the Q3 disclosure Baszucki sold 504,600 shares for proceeds of $62.7 Million. In December 2021 & January 2022 the three executives would continue with insider trading and offload an additional $23.9 Million in proceeds.

Page 6-7:
Because of their positions and access to material non-public information available, the Individual Defendants knew that the adverse facts specified herein had not been disclosed to, and were being concealed from, the public, and that the positive representations which were being made were then materially false or misleading. The Individual Defendants are liable for the false statements pleaded herein, as those statements were each “group-published” information, the result of the collective actions of the Individual Defendants.

Page 18:
The truth about Roblox’s unsustainable bookings and revenue growth was revealed to investors on February 15, 2022, after the NYSE’s closing bell, when Roblox issued a press release disclosing poor Q4 2021 results. Roblox reported Q4 2021 bookings at $770.1 million, well short of the $786.8 million analyst consensus target. Key performance indicators on audience size and engagement both showed sequential and year-over-year declines. Further, the press release reported Hours Engaged for the quarter at 10.8 billion, a decline from Q3 2021. Roblox’s slowing growth trend continued into 2022 as January bookings was estimated between $220 million and $223 million, a range that analysts called “very weak.”

Page 21:
As alleged herein, Defendants acted with scienter in that Defendants knew, or recklessly disregarded, that the documents and public statements they issued and disseminated to the investing public in the name of the Company, or in their own name, during the Class Period were materially false and misleading. Defendants knowingly and substantially participated or acquiesced in the issuance or dissemination of such statements and documents as primary violations of the federal securities laws. Defendants, by virtue of their receipt of information reflecting the true facts regarding Roblox, and their control over and/or receipt and/or modification of Roblox’s materially false and misleading statements, were active and culpable participants in the fraudulent scheme alleged herein.

TL;DR, ROBLOX as a whole is looking like an extremely shady company. From permitting child predators to run wild, to the executives fucking over their investors to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars.

It blows my mind that Roblox is publicly traded while having these issues. They’re not like Alphabet (Google), where the Elsagate problem is one facet of one of the many services they operate, and therefore has a small impact on the company as a whole. The game is Roblox’ whole business, and this shit isn’t even really hidden.

If you’re trading Roblox stock you’re literally investing in a large-scale child grooming opera-

Wait. Actually, this makes sense now. Hm.

And that’s not even mentioning (((who))) even runs Roblox.

I used to believe something like this would only come from a parody account but then the Chris Chan incident happened, and you'll see people unironically having this take
Sadly I feel like we live in a world where parody and satire are completely dead

This kind of thing is going to keep expanding and becoming more of an issue as these groups keep being made and as the victims grow up into being into these kinds of EPIs themselves unless very serious and hellish consequences are poured on these degenerate's heads
Mossberg 500 therapy seems in order

I think a historical comparison is in order. It used to be common for children to hitch rides in strangers' cars. This can be hard to imagine for everyone who grew up with "never get into a car with a stranger" but that wasn't originally common wisdom. Here's a segment of an infamous public information film from 1961, Boys Beware, trying to warn people about paedo tactics, including "early pornography introduction", which didn't yet have a name:

Like everybody these days, this film was introduced to me as supposedly being an "anti-gay propaganda film", by starting with the "What Jimmy didn't know is that Ralph was sick" part out of context. After watching the entire film it's clear that it's intended to warn about paedos, but uses the term "homosexual". I think the term p(a)edophile didn't exist yet, and certainly wasn't in common use. Of course girls are also groomed by paedos (at about twice the relative frequency*), but there was more public awareness of this (e.g. the Mann Act), whereas there was a strong presumption amongst many people that homosexuality didn't exist, which is probably why the film concentrated on boys.

*Bayesian probability is "homophobic", so don't notice the contrast with the relative prevalence of adult-attracted homosexuality and heterosexuality.
Parents need to get the message that letting their children use Roblox or Discord (or anything that allows unfiltered communication with strangers) without supervision by a trusted (and trustworthy) adult, ideally themselves, is no better than letting them get in a stranger's car. It must be possible - public opinion has been changed before. Of course, some people take things too far, not letting their kids go outside, leaving them unprepared for the world when they reach adulthood. But most parents don't take this approach all the way up to 18. Similarly, children need to learn how to use computers and the Internet, but that doesn't mean leaving them alone to be raised by paedos and furries is something we can't possibly guard against.

My main beef with how Roblox and Discord handles the issue is the fact that parents just let their children use these apps without any supervision. Same with YouTube, they just want the kids to shut up so they shove an iPad in their face when they are old enough to hold one.

I know
No trolling plans. We are not an autistic Illuminati. If you embarrass yourself or the forum trying to troll, we will ridicule you.
but it is possible if somebody could compile a nice enough package, maybe some newspapers/NGOs could pick it up. It should be presented in the most normalfag/current year friendly way possible. It is a something that pretty much everybody considers a bad thing to do, it is happening on a platform that is frequented by millions of children so it has the emotional appeal as well.

Perhaps if Roblox corporation gets into a lot of flak for these child unsafety policies, as a publicly traded company that would force them to perhaps put in some more effort.

Sure Jurnos/NGO people are scum, but they are way better than these coombrained predators.

Of course, nothing would happen, considering doing actual moderation would take money, and unless they got some big lawsuit or something they won't do crap. Still, a curse of knowing these things is that, you can't do much about it. It's like seeing there is a fire and you can't do much about it. It sucks.

The "be aware of strangers'' philosophy was crushed because otherwise this would be a roadblock for immigration. Nobody wants a stranger that doesn't speak your language or look like you as a neighbor, or to share the same school as you kids. We are now seeing the consequences of this mentality. You have probably even heard the phrase “a stranger is just a friend you haven’t got to know yet”. This kind of rhetorics is both used by these LGTBT users and pro immigration activists. Roblox is a good case study for why this is a dangerous mentality to have.

You can still short
Unironically it could be possible to get the ESG fags to jump on this before the trend fully collapses. "Were shorting this company because they provide pedophiles with easy and unmoderated access to children" should be a fund managers wet dream. Before seeing this I didn't know much about roblox except that its a kids game like minecraft that made some waves in the investing world because it was part of the direct listing/SPAC boom during Covid.

So I decided to look up which publicly traded funds were the top share holders. Out of the top ten essentially all are passively managed index funds (VO, VTI) which invest in all publicly traded mid caps or every publicly traded company in general. The two exceptions are ARKK and ARKW, funds managed by Cathie Wood. Cathie Wood was already known but got extremely famous during Covid because ARKK was one of the top performing funds that benefited from huge investments in companies like Tesla. It's the type of fund thats popular with a lot of the "CLEAN ENERGY MAKES ME COOM, MY 401K IS SAVING THE WORLD" California liberals.

The price of ARKK has now crashed but it is still the 7th largest actively managed fund in the world. It is also the third largest shareholder in Roblox with an investment of $337 million out of Roblox's $25 Billion market cap. As an actively managed fund they are legally obligated to take the concerns of their shareholders seriously and can be contacted here. You are not required to prove you are a investor in ARKK just provide an email address. A major shareholder like ARKK is the only way Roblox will actually give a shit about anything like this, untill it affects their share price they will not care.

Interestingly there is one active fund shorting Roblox (BTAL), but they only have about a 1.2 million dollar position
