Roblox has had it's internal documents leaked by a hacker who published them on BreachForums (Archive). Supposedly he did did through a Remote Access Trojan (RAT) as stated by the user surface on the forums (Same thread Archive)
Vice made an article (Archive), to which the user responded (Archive) and states there will be more information.
UPDATE: https://www.vice.com/en/article/g5vqx3/h...-onlineThe victim claims in this article that "the publication of the documents is part of an extortion effort against Roblox". This is blatantly false and further strengthens the fact that the West engages in pushing its propaganda through criminal organizations including Vice. The victim was told to pay mandatory pentesting & consultation fees, we would never engage in illegal activities such as extortion. Another false statement made by the victim is that "These stolen documents were illegally obtained as part of an extortion scheme that we refused to cooperate with." - this is once again false. These documents were not stolen, they were simply removed from your network. . We are confident that our requests for mandatory payment of consultation fees were legal and therefore invite law enforcement to investigate this incident further.

The thread will be updated with more PII shortly.

I think the PDF has been fucked with, it's structure looks like it's made by a cripple.
Upon further inspection, you're right.

Looks like the original was an internal-facing web page (Confluence?) and someone didn't know how to use the download or Print as PDF function and copy and pasted the whole thing into Word and then saved it as a PDF.

That would explain why "pyramid" looks like it is under "explicit discrimination" instead of at the end of the previous sentence.

I'm frankly surprised they still have real jannies because all I ever hear about roblox moderation is how ass it is
Back when I was playing it in early 2009/10 it was geared more towards young adults, but the moderation was ass because they'd either do too much or too little. Things like getting banned for a few days became common, and in around 2014/15 iirc they removed the forums (think blockland forums but free, so it was a lot shitter) just so they wouldn't have to moderate it anymore. The moderation pretty much ruined any appeal to people over 17/18 years old and it made the community the shitshow of children it is now. One thing that always kinda pissed me off was how if your game made any money for the company and featured violence and gore, it would stay up, but if someone not well known made a game even barely referencing violence it would be taken down for "violent content", even if your game just had one splash of blood, or used red circles on characters to represent being shot, it'd be taken down. It's really gotten shitty from what I heard, so I imagine these days the only people playing the game are the same children who get put in front of auto play on their iPads for hours at a time.

"The victim did not pay the demands, which is why the data is being published. There are no political motives here."

"The victim was told to pay mandatory pentesting & consultation fees, we would never engage in illegal activities such as extortion."

Pick one.

Good, Roblox has long since shifted from being a hub of creativity to being a cesspool of sanitized garbage dearth of any shred of originality. All the metaverse shit, "sponsored" worlds that exist only to shove more ads down the throats of impressionable children, the pedos, all of it. I figure this won't hurt them too much in the long run, similar to what happened with Twitch ages ago, but it is interesting to get some insight into how they operate. Twitch, the Nintendo Gigaleak, and now Roblox, I'm curious to see just how far this can go.

Roblox has been smart enough to keep really controversial stuff off their platforms. By forcing everyone to use 3rd party chatrooms like discord it pushes them out of responsibility. So if you're hoping for the nonces at Roblox to be outed I suspect you will be dissapointed.
