Trump was in a Catch-22 situation where anything he done would've ended with "bad optics." However he did followed Federal law(s) which while it did look like he cucked. Legally he is in the right as it is the mayors' and governors' responsibility to ask and give the okay for federal assistance.

The riots were/are payed for/created by the same people/interest groups that funded the actual color revolutions and the "arab spring" so i think thats fair.

Every single jurisdiction has exemptions for health of the mother. This is a lie. Also ectopic pregnancies are non-viable and ending one has never been considered an abortion.
