Never did roids, seems too complicated to get access too and also very very high risk. Any kiwis did roids? The only roid that I've found with certain ease was Anavar. But it's expensive shit.

Just like all grey/black market substances, it's fine if you know what you're doing.
For access, it's something you only need to do once. Once you know how to get drugs/steroids, etc, it's done, you know forever. It takes a day of research, that's it.

As for the safety, this isn't the 90's anymore, you can not only secure proper sources that are absolutely safe, but also test your stuff to verify by yourself if it's safe or not. Only retards and those that are self-destructive actually injure themselves.

Just for farms sake but most of the sellers have test results from the lot you will be shipped and there's third party sites that post-it as well as cheap testing of what you have.

You can DIY tren easy from Amazon if you know where to look.

It's very good for you. look up what's in it and you'll be surprised. just balance it with water cause of the sodium content.
Are you eating organic or no? I seem to recall people in the past telling me to *only* buy organic spinach given potentially aggressive pesticide treatments; not sure if this is some meme or a real concern.

Look into boron, selenium, and L-carnitine.

As for herbal supplements you can check out include tongkat ali and cistanche. They're likely safe as they've been traditionally used for hundreds of years in Malaysia and China. Cistanche also has benefits outside of testosterone production.

There's also fadogia agrestis but no human clinical trials to support its efficacy or safety. Not sure why Andrew Huberman endorsed it when he's a man of science and data.

beet juice
I take a scoop of beet powder with my creatine an hour before my daily run and swear by it. I take two scoops weekends and I definitely have more in the tank. It's noticably easier to go longer to the point I generally have to call it before I'd like to to ensure I can make tomorrows run strain/injury free. I got about 15km Saturday and 20km today, probably pushing my luck but I fuckin love running. 102km for the week.

Edit: my understanding is beets help boost nitric oxide

A fun experiment with beetroot juice is one of those blood pressure monitors. Take a reading before eating a lot of beetroot/juice with a meal then take a reading an hour later.

For me that kinda meal is 150g beetroot, 125g chestnut mushroom. 3 chicken thighs, 125g rice, 100g spinach.

A couple people have already mentioned it but its worth restating that nothing "natural" will produce effects similar to that of Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS). There are many "Testosterone boosters" and similar products out there, but none of them are worth your money or time. Not to mention the risks associated with taking copius amounts of plant extracts and "legal" compounds.

The topic of AAS has largely been derailed due to the AAS hysteria of the 90's. This was the time AAS where moved into Schedule 3 (prescription only) and enermous doping scandals where uncovered in sports. Since then the effects, harms and benefits of AAS have been misrepresented. You only need to look for a few minutes to find people claiming that The Rock and their favourite sports person are all-natural. This is patently false.

For every horror story about a bodybuilder with severe cardiomegaly due to AAS use having a heart attack at 28, there are 2 more stories of men who have used reasonable doses of AAS their entire lives and are strong AND healthy. The dose truly does make the poison.

I have a hunch you're asking this question because you wish to get the benefits of AAS without the harms. This is acceptable, although impossible. The harms of AAS use exist on a spectrum, meaning AAS can have negligable impacts on health or be potentially fatal.

For transperency, I take 250mg of Testosterone Enanthate every week. This is slightly above a "medical dose" (see "TRT"). My bloodwork and health markers are all within range but more importantly I've gained incredible amounts of strength and am at very little health risk. My sex drive, motivation, focus, sleep and general quality of life have all drastically improved.

I'd recommend looking into this topic a bit closer. There are many forums out there that cover these topics well, and you can develop an understanding of which compounds have acceptable health risks and which ones don't.

If sourcing is an issue, look into DNM's. You're on a highly autistic esoteric forum so navigating crypto and DNM's shouldnt be difficult. Don't ask me about sourcing.

It costs me $70 for a 250mg/1ml 10ml vial which lasts 10 weeks. This is far cheaper then purchasing it from a pharmacy. A couple times a year I'll use Nandralone or Stanozolol which both cost about $100 for the 10 to 12 weeks I use them.

It's worth mentioning that you should get your levels checked. It's likely you are already hypogonadal as many young men these days are.

While I'm not a big weightlifter, I do play some sports and I was a Division 1 scholarship (partial) athlete. Since I've never liked coffee or black tea or energy drinks, I've looked for something that would give me an energy boost and I found it in a rather unlikely substance: kefir

It looks like this and yes it's a dairy product:
