This video just raises so many questions.

If he could pretend to dress and act like a relatively normal person, why didn't he keep this up? Why go back to the rugby shirts?

Who taped this, and who edited it? It obviously wasn't CWC, and he doesn't have any friends, so I guess he hired someone to do it?

Do we know any of these answers, or are they going to be forever shrouded in mistery?

I don't think anyone knows who the magical man is. According to people I've talked to, he was never an inner circle member proper. Most likely he was someone local who briefly contacted Chris, got bored, and forgot about it all.

Huh? I never said anything like that. Unless you're talking about the black pickleman. But he wasn't around for long, he left with Blanca.

This actually is a good question, why didn't he stick with the Rollin' and Trollin' or Carlos Chantor look? He kept it for awhile and it's not look there was a lot of work to the look. Most work was gelling his hair. Would it make him a better person? No. Would he at least look approachable? Yes. Why did he drop it and go back to the rugby shirts?

The Rollin' and Trollin' look was his attempt to trick the trolls that he was normal. But "Chris" isn't normal. That's not him. So after the video was filmed, he went back to himself. Well, also someone threatened to report him for faking his autism or whatever and then he made that video saying he really was autistic.

But I think it's mostly because it was just for the video and he wanted to go back to his normal identity.

Again he used the look (well a similar one) later on while still being Chris. Around the time of the Liquid saga if I remember correctly. So it's not like it was just for this video.

Oh yeah, the tattoo sleeve and the vest and whatnot. Ok, nevermind. Heh. Well, maybe it was the worry about being reported that made him go back to show it was just a costume? I don't know, beats me.
 
Blows my mind how anyone can wear a "normal person" costume. I mean, being aware that you're a weirdo, and so you have to dress up like a regular guy to fool people.

Chris went back to classic Chris because of Liquid. Liquid started posting videos and they got Chris's attention, so he decided he needed to look like his old self so that Liquid didn't "trick any of his sonichu fans."
 
Could comfort have had anything to do with it? That tattoo sleeve looks like it would be a constant annoyance and vests don't sit comfortably on tubby folks. Being a creature of habit, it would only make sense that no matter how far Chris strays, he will always return to the cozy shirts from his toddling days.

Sounds like a job interview. Chris was obviously in his best Sunday clothes here.
