You say they are unaffiliated... That is not true. Phil Elmore became affiliated with these people when he got involved in my court cases way back when. As for Ashley, her father is associated with the Avengers MC, and a personal friend to Greg Duckworth (the West Virginia State Trooper) who first set me up for him and Thomas Wayne Kirk (another drug dealer and child trafficker). Moore, Efrid, Palmateer and the Williams are a associated with Duckworth via the State Police.

Efrid got the porn warrant and lied on it... Wonder why they dismissed the porn warrant for why the Feds never picked it up? No, you are defending child traffickers and chomos...

See if I am what you say I am, I am unconvicted when most innocent people only win on appeal. I beat both a child porn charge and a terrorist threats charge, no one ever beats those.

Not every criminal gets convicted of every crime they commit. This fact is known to everyone with common sense, which makes it less surprising that you don't know it.

You claim various affiliations between the legions of your foes, but none of those claimed connections prove, or even make plausible, a decades-long conspiracy to frame you for various offenses. Was the person you claim put the child porn on your computer in on it too? Who else is in on it? Santa Claus? Lance Ito? The Ninja Turtles?

You have a weird fixation on controlling other people. Whether it's your impotent demands that I admit various untrue things, or getting two thirteen-year-old girls drunk in their house at night with their parents gone, you have a real sickness and you give it away quite without knowing that you do so.

Point of order -- it was two, actually. He took exactly two punches, one to the liver, before the fight ended without Ron landing a single blow. This happened not because Ron is roughly the size of a garden gnome and not because Ron is actually remarkably stupid, but because Ron has no substantive in-person martial training of any kind whatsoever.

What's truly sad about this is that Ron has been pretending and playing at martial arts for something like 20 years or more (in between his petty criminal misadventures). Much like Ashida Kim has done this for almost four decades and yet not managed actually to improve at martial arts, you must realize it takes real effort not to get better accidentally.

The commitment Ron and his most often-cited mentor have made to sucking completely is actually very impressive.

God's not on your side, Ron. God knows exactly what you've done and to whom you tried to do it. He isn't impressed with your jailhouse Christianity.

As for me, I'm not affiliated with anyone. I'm simply a decent person who thinks unbalanced creeps deserve to be in prison, rather than running around with illegal firearms threatening to murder people.

Oh, and you didn't beat the terrorist threats charge. You were involuntarily committed after being found incompetent to stand trial, then ultimately released on the agreement that you would take your medication (which you obviously aren't).

But then, that's ultimately why you are a felon. Best you wrap your tiny little mind around that. It's going to follow you forever.

The government has responded to Ron's ramblings. See attached.

TL;DR: Ron filed too late; he was in fact committed involuntarily to a mental institution and did in fact know that; his counsel was not ineffective, as much as he resents the man's unwillingness to lie for him.

I am no lawyer, but the government's response appears to be on point and conclusive. Ron, you're going to lose this one.

The government responded to every relevant argument you made; there weren't that many. Your lazy ass filled too late. Why was that? It's not like you didn't have time on your hands.

You don't get to dictate the terms of the discussion. The law does. The government addressed the legal issues. You scrawled conspiracy theories.

As for the early delivery, well, you won't do anything with this extra time either. You'll just lose, as usual.

They responded exactly on time, and demolished every argument you tried to make so thoroughly that giving you a chance to respond is merely a courtesy. Even the Federal Magistrate in the June 5th Motions hearing says the, the feds are using evidence taken in violation of my 5th and 6th amendment rights by the state to cover up how much evidence I gathered against them. The court doesn't matter, I might win on appeal, I might take it all the way to the SCOTUS but, the question is... How must bad publicity can they afford to keep covering up on record.
