I expect a second stimulus check before expecting Ron to post actual evidence. All he does here is spew the same shit and now he's spamming a video that nobody cares about, talk about desperate and pathetic.

LOL. It is clear you get your info from Nick. He was dunked on for being stupid trying to push that bs LOL. Go back, listen to the lawyers who have been right every step of the way vs Nick who has been historically bad at predicting the slightest thing concerning this case. LOL When Nick is mad it shows me he knows his boy is about to get taxed LOL.

Word of advice, Toy Boy. Going “LOL” more than once in multiple sentences just makes it sound like you’re desperately trying to hide how butthurt you are.

Given that Ron's job is literally to calculate numbers, it's really scary how much he doesn't understand the basic math here.

Since I'm feeling generous, I'll help out.

If Total Fees (F) = 280,000, and Ron's Share of the Payment (R) = 50,000, then 'his insurance' 'paid' (I) = $230,000.

So F=R+I.

Now, if the court orders Vic to pay the entire amount of attorney's fees (V), then Vic's payment will be equal to the total fees.

V=F, or spelled out fully, V=R+I.

In the case that V gets substituted for F, the value of the R remains constant. So after receiving the fees, Ron would be given $50,000.

Now, let's put this in context of Ron's finances, since he's saying he's going to be rolling around in dough once he gets his share. Originally, before the lawsuit, Ron had whatever amount of loose cash and assets that made up his total monetary worth (O). Ron claims that he used money from his own pocket to pay that $50,000, so his current worth (C), would look like:

O-50,000=C.

Now, if he gets $50,000 back from Vic, then his finances will look like this:

C+50,000=O.

So he will be right back to where he was before all this went down. Granted, there is the issue of the interest, but if Ron had $50,000 sitting around and he wasn't earning any interest off of it, he was an idiot. Therefore, the interest paid by Vic would still only offset the lost opportunity to earn interest on the $50,000 and Ron remains no better off than he was before. Of course, we haven't factored in the $5,000 in sanctions, and that would be a straight-up increase in Ron's finances, unless he had to spend any incidental money because of the lawsuit (gas, time off of work, a transcriber to record every one of Nick's streams, you know, random extra charges...). So it's a good thing that Ron has been enjoying this whole process, because if it were so awfully stressful that it was driving him prematurely gray, then even winning would look like a pretty shallow victory.

tl;dr - Ron Toye doesn't seem to know basic math or finances, so never use his professional services in any capacity that involves math or your own finances...
Let's not pretend that Mr. Toye cares about getting the money. What he really cares about is Vic having to pay the $280,000. Which he wont, but Mr. Toye wants so badly for it to happen.

What's with the "vig" name? It's an attempt at a joke, I get that, but it's lame instead of funny. With "hundreds of people" against him, as you say, how come there is such a drought of humor? Why such a lack of wit?

It’s a lefty Twitter meme to intentionally misspell things they don’t like. I first remember it from the GamerGate days, when they would write “goobergrape” and “Sarg’n” and seven thousand absolutely hilarious variations on Milo Yiannopoulis, but it might predate that too.

You're close.
It actually stems from a convention's Twitter announcement misspelling Vic's name. KickVic rolled with it.
To be honest, @Ron Toye using it is cringe and childish.

He throws tantrums like a 2 year old, childish is way too mature, hes like a fucking baby. Kicking and screaming when he never gets his way.

The thing is, that fits in with the whole "anime couple shipping" naming conventions.
Ex. "NaruHina" = Naruto & Hinata from Naruto.

....FUCK you're right. My shipper side caught wind of it but the saner side tried to deny it.

They tend to be rather cute-sounding names, but the Chris/Monica ship name sounds weird and nothing I come up with works. SabRial, Chronica, MoniPher, best I got is the threesome Christopher MoRonica and that's cheating.

Chronica sounds like a lung disease.

I like saying Christ, MoRon.

Because christ these morons

It is painfully obvious that Ron wants nothing more than to make Vic suffer as much as possible. Vic's goal when the lawsuit was brought about was to find peace in the situation. The behaviour of the defendants only reflected the opposite. The constant online bashing is still prevalent today as Ron goes on tirades about Vic's appearance and mother. Instead of filing for TCPA right at the get go, they failed to comply with discovery, and allowed depos to happen only to use Vic's to try to embarrass him in public as much as possible. Ron's goal is to inflict as much damage as possible to Vic's reputation (as supported by the 1000+ page documents filled with libel) and purposely drive up costs to harm Vic financially. Ron is giddy at the thought of Vic owing a cool quarter million (plus interest :))! The disgusting tactics used by his lawyers prove Ron's intentions. I mean, the first call to Ty was about destroying Vic, after all. How funny that they try to paint this lawsuit as Vic trying to grind his victims into dust... When it is Ron using this lawsuit as an opportunity to grind Vic into dust.

You're an atrocious human being, Ron. So much so... you shouldn't be called human. More like... a weasely maggot.

@Ron Toye why does your counsel deliberately misquote and misinterpret the rulings of cases that you cite? I say deliberately because the cases (mcgibney specifically) clearly rule in opposition to what you are trying to cite for your argument.

Additionally should your late filings be accepted by the appeals court? If so why should yours be and the 2nd amended petition that you argue was lately filed not be?

Ron should truly be concerned when (black) Tyrone starts asking the real questions.
It means Monica isn't working hard enough in the bedroom.

Changing his usual emoticon only made him sounds more desperate and terrified than usual, boo hoo manlet what did WP did now I wonder to make you this excited. :smug:
Linking constantly Vic's "apology" and willfully mischaracterizing every word he said just to make him look bad doesn't actually make HIM bad, only YOU but guess the insecure manlet wouldn't ever improve at reading comprehension, just as he never got better from his "old abusive younger days", boo hoo again manlet. :smug: Plus it's clear show of malice but I guess your firms&lawyers&insurance don't care and will only listen&do whatever you ask them to do, right? :lunacy:
Vic could lose in the end and I wouldn't care as much as I thought, he could actually recover and go forward with his life always being supported by friends&family&fans, while Ron actually losing would make his whole family disown him and every friend&colleague he has will probably play the witch hunt game and only say mean words to hurt his already crumbled fee fees and finally destroy his "persona of strong man that beated up Vic with bullshit stuff and morally-bankrupt lawyers that only wanted to bank on the lawsuit never caring for anything else" plus I'm quite sure Monica would finally leave him as he won't be worth a cent after all this, becoming an even bigger joke at work to be made fun of by literally everyone.
Still that 17-0 that's gonna become a 34-0 or 36-0? I'm quite sure most if not all of these 17-0 are gonna be overruled and turned back in and it's far more likely we'll have a 0-17 that's gonna only go up even more than 0-36 as I'm so sure that since "you're ready for a fight" and are "backep up by my insurance company" will go to every level there is...basically at the end we'll have like a 100-0 and you'll have to pay far more than a million counting every fee and interest, welp I guess it's true that Ronniecuck doesn't really know math as he's the one losing whatever way the lawsuits ends! Such willfully ignorance would be adorable if not coming from an actual abuser that only proved to be a very insecure&jealous man capable only of criticizing others for their age+looks+health problems like he was some paragon of manliness&morality&beauty! :story::story::story:

If you think that you are just as dumb as Nick and it is hilarious. You still don't get the basics but I have insurance. I am out of pocket 50-60K but I get all my money back. They have been paying my legal team. So, when this is over, I get to get paid. :) Not just the amount we paid in the beginning but the entire judgement plus that sweet interest. But you go on ahead and keep listening to Nick and I will keep coming back on here to laugh at you when We are right, every time. :) Have a great day, Just wanted to remind you of one last thing 17-0 soon to be 34-0 ;) maybe 36-0 we shall see. :)

I'd like to point something out about dear mr. @Ron Toye . He seems to think that the judgement has interest. I missed it before but it hit me. He truly thinks the lawsuit is over. For some reason he has it in his head that he is not due a payout and he's tallying interest. I truly do hope he tries to hit vic with interest, because the shit that will hit him after, financial fraud, will be funny as shit.

Unless he grows a brain, listens to us and not his insectophile lawyer who just barely skeeted out a victory and is now ruining it, and does not do that. as funny as it would be, it'd just drag this out longer and at this point its like trying to resmoke smoked marijuana.
