I'd imagine Mr. Toye's "personal fucking fiance" and super cool celebrity friends from Funi aren't among those 20 this time around. Wouldn't want to accidentally like a tweet from him saying that, for example, Vic was "fired for being a creep with kids".

Feeling relieved the insane cuck got back to scream into his hug-box, but still feel a bit sorry for the poor Ron IV/Jojo since due to "epic parenting skills by an even more epic father" like Cuck Toye III he's becoming similar to his predecessor, but at least I think he's still not that far down the hole and can actually recover greatly if helped in time. No one should become a loon like his father and act hight&might when he's always such an insecure cuck with 0 reading comprehension and willfully ignorant on every single matter. :feels:

If the "receipts" [**] were asked for in discovery and not produced in discovery how in the h*ll are they going to be used at trial?

This is supposed to be impossible isn't it? Unless Ty chupped up and didn't make the appropriate discovery demands ...

Ty did make the appropriate discovery subpoenas. Just Lemons and Moronica played discovery games and managed to not show anything actually asked for. Chupp just didn’t care.

If the appeals court overturns Chupp's ruling to dismiss the lawsuit, discovery will immediately resume and Ty will be able to ask the court to compel the defendants to hand over any information they withheld.

There just wasn't much point in trying to move to compel previously. The defendants could've immediately put a halt to it by filing their TCPA motions, and besides, Vic's team believed that the evidence they already had was sufficient to overcome the TCPA's standard (clear and specific evidence on each claim; the question of whether their evidence was sufficient is now up to the appeals court).

I hope he realizes if it comes back on appeals, and Ron's fuckery causes Vic to spend more money to obtain the discovery he is entitled to, that cost is just going to be passed on to Ron in settlement or judgement.

Even if it's not, an army of angry weebs would just chip in their lunch money and make it free.
