No it is just him pointing out a flaw of democracy, a form of statism. Just because libertarians dont like democracy doesn't mean they like authoritarian governments better

If the child is fine with it sure. You should also read what he said about contracts. The parent owns the child until the child no longer consents to it.

What difference would it make if the child consents or not, adults can overpower a child and neither of the adult parties have to abide by some arbitrary contract if don't want to

Similar to how another Jewish demagogue Ayn Rand supported theft of property from "non-civilized" individuals such as Native Americans, proving herself to be a statist as well.

Im not really sure what situation you are talking about. Selling kids is the same as putting them up for adoption just for money and it seems worse to force parents to take care of kids they cant afford. As for child prostitution it isnt like we dont have that problem already where kids get raped.

Rothbard wanted no voting at all. While democracy is the best form of governement it is still statist by letting the majority impress its will on the minority.
 
I've never read a piece of text that feels as mathematical as his "man, economy, and state"; I feel like I have a fairly high threshold for boring prose, but I had to put it down after 100 pgs because it just felt like he either repeated himself 50 times in a row, or got lost in some autistic minutia that he could've expected his readers to intuit.

Are any of his other works friendlier to the non autist?
 
His free baby market idea is so retarded it makes me doubt everything else he says. He was either so dumb he thinks that the only reason people would buy a baby is to look after it, or he was a nonce and knew full well it would just be a child trafficking market for child rapists but hoped no one would notice this obvious conclusion. Also thought that parents should be allowed to starve their children to death if they didn't want to look after them.
