I think this subforum is in need of a rules sticky.
1. Stop fucking double posting - on all of your posts, there is an "edit" button. It's not hard.
2. Follow the rules of General Lolcow - they are a good guideline on the etiquette of the forum.
3. Make a good OP - if you're starting a thread on someone, post links to their content in the OP. It should be as informative as possible, not just a sentence about how much of a faggot they are.
4. Use the ratings, goddamn - about 20% of the posts in this subforum are completely unnecessary. Please don't post epic meme reactions, or one word posts. Instead of posting "yeah" as a reply just use the agree rating. If you're making a claim, back it up with links. Just try not to shitpost.
5. This forum is for the discussion of Mr. Enter and Co. - nobody cares what you thought about a MLP episode, or how Mr Enter totally misunderstands the message of your favourite spergy interest. Keep it related to the person/group of interest. Summaries of the episodes are fine. Off-topic rambling about spergy childrens cartoons isn't fine. Try to hide your powerlevel, do not admit you are a brony, or whatever deviant shit you're into. Don't ask, don't tell.
This is a an example of someone doing it right (IMO, OP is very good here).

- Be civil. Don't aggressively attack and insult the people or groups we talk about. Don't get emotionally charged over things that do not matter. If you need to tell people you're better than someone, you're probably not.
- Write descriptive topic titles. "Hunger Mythos" is better than "Girl that thinks she's a corgi". Keep them as brief as possible.
- Hide your Powerlevel. Avoid revealing intimate, personal details about yourself in public boards. These threads are not your personal blog and we are not an asylum.
- Don't White Knight. Don't turn threads with people of interest into an intervention. You are not their protector. If you want to help, contact them privately.
- No trolling plans. Don't use this forum as a place to organize trolling efforts. We cannot control your behavior off-site, but expect to be banned and ridiculed if you do something embarrassing.
- Do not create topics about forum members. This extends to all existing and former members of the forum that were first discovered by their presence here. If you think they deserve one, ask staff first
