He's in the double digits, at least if I had to guess. Anything above 70 is not considered intellectually disabled (at least that's the metric that was used when I was studying psychology), but people near that have problems with daily activities most of us take for granted, like writing coherently and coping with social norms. I would guess he's average because he can work things out like the legal system enough to file lawsuits. Yeah, they're stupid, but someone who was legit ID couldn't manage that. They probably wouldn't understand what the legal system is, or why you'd want to use it.
He does on a regular basis, usually when he's really upset or when he's away from the computer and can't monitor every comment.
It's unfortunately really common. Russ has said he would never date another disabled person but we have other cows who have said the same thing. Chris has called other autistics "windows to hell" and every single person on wrong planet feels the same way about low function or non verbal autistics.
