Whatcha doin', Putin?

It's pointless, you can just use a private bridge or even use a VPN inbetween TOR and your ISP. It's just another episode of authoritarian shitholes half-assing censorship.

A Bear ate it, now stop asking questions....

Well, I mean, even private farms in the USSR were officially banned, yet they were still tolerated by the regime in practice.
Private farms were not officially banned except in some places during the early Stalinist collectivization effort as long as the plots of land were rather small. Wikipedia seems to get this mostly right (I mostly know about the endgame of this once Russians were in control of the county), without going into details which of course changed over time of how much of the Evil Empire's eggs and potatoes for example were produced in them.

All right, finally managed to circumvent Snowflake censorship.
Russian DPI check supported_groups extension in ServerHello payload (byte 0x5a in udp packet).
It looks for DTLS packet header “magic” “16 FE FD” and then looks for “1D 00 17 00 18” at 0x5a offset.
At least part of the recent censorship was caused by the default configuration of Go's dtls package because it differed from everything else running on top of websocket apparently. Very spooky that a single line in one of the packages your system depends on can lead to a unique fingerprint without you even being aware of it.
