I was the one who said he was in Miami. That's where he lived and worked before going to Japan, I assumed he went back home after his stay in Japan but I forgot that he wasn't actually from Florida. He's doing nothing but editing wikia for 12 hours a night while sleeping during the day. He's definitely back with his family in New York.

His behavior is actually indicative of severe untreated mental illness. If I had to guess, I'd say major depression. The symptoms include sleeping a lot, and combative behavior, as someone already mentioned (@AnOminous I think). Major Depression can get so bad, it can cause a psychotic break, which would would explain his obsessive editing and fixation on certain things. I think it's safe to say someone is taking care of him, or at least making sure he eats (people with severe depression have been known to simply stop eating and waste away) and does minimal self-care. He needs intervention badly. Nobody should be that fixated on a goddamn online encyclopedia and especially not about video games.

Holy shit, this is hilarious. Cohen was getting trolled on the Bleach wikia by someone invoking Mythdon, the name of a Cohen foe from long ago, and he just starts ranting and raving about Gamergate and begging for them to ban the guy. Ends up pleading and saying the trolls are trying to make him kill himself.

Cohen removed both those messages, claiming it was a "cyber stalker" and apologized to SunXia (a moderator) since one was on her talk page, and claimed he was reporting MythdonsRevenge. SunXia began restoring the comments since it is against their policy to fuck with talk page comments. Cohen began to beg for SunXia to ban MythdonsRevenge,

Never thought I'd be typing the same words over and over and over again and I didn't thin I would have to clarify things like this but let's go:
  • We are not children to be "tricked". Personally, I am close to 30 and have obtained the life skills to know when someone is incorrectly doing something. He brought issues here that did not belong here. I told him to stop it and to stop getting involved because I'm not stupid. This is not Wikipedia or any other Wiki and he has broken no rules here so he stopped and has since moved on.
  • If he or another user returns, if they break the rules (which include ignoring warnings from us, irony) they will be dealt with. Until they break rules, they will be treated in the same capacity as any new user is to be treated. The same way you will not be banned because of his words about another site, he will not be banned for your words regarding another site. Equality and all.
  • IF anyone actually starts attacking you rather than referencing your past on another site here, they will be banned the same if you were to harass them.
  • You are still breaking rules even now in not moving on when I have told you to move on and continuing this disruptive ridiculous debacle when I have told you to stop. I have told the user off, he has stopped, I have told you to stop, you have not. You should get banned just so you will stop this childishness so as to take a break and a breath.
  • You actually lectured me on feeding trolls when I don't think you realize what that means. See this?? See all of this, as in you reacting over and over to a guy who hasn't posted in hours and whose last post said he was done?? This is the type of reaction trolls thrive on, so if he and his friends are trolling you then you are giving them one hell of a show.

I don't care if it's over capitalization or even spaces, you do not ignore the warnings of the team here and you do not then engage in disruptive behavior you have been told three times not to do.   • Your use of language has been appalling, your overall attitude has been appalling and needs adjusted.
  • You have been given a lot more chances than others and instead of being thankful you abuse those chances left right and centre. Edit Warring Alerts are meant to be a singular event then a ban and they are for others but you have been given far too many chances in that regard and you still disrupt the wiki with this drama.

What he's doing is indeed harassing and attacking me. I do not know how many times I have to repeat that. And I am sorry for the problems I caused here. I only meant to improve the website. That's why I've pointed out the Soifon pronunciation thing. That's why I've pointed out it should be "Pufairu" and not "Bufairu". And drop the victim blaming nonsense. I'm not going to change my whole online identity because a bunch of backwards trolls have decided I'm their target of the day. I think it can be agreed upon generally that he suffers from depression, without any significant doubt, once the evidence is presented: no sane person spends their entire waking life arguing on a wiki unless they're running from some heavy emotions. It's been mentioned that he apparently sleeps 12 hours a day, too. Ryulong's rapidly growing obsession with all things RationalWiki, GamerGate, and his online enemies is likely related to this too, as he's obviously isolated himself from other social contact and has no other outlet; withdrawing from friends and family is another classic sign of depression. Also, he's a neckbeard who lives in his mom's basement and has failed every opportunity given to him in life, a man whose biggest claim to fame is that he engages in edit wars on wikis. Anyone living his life would be depressed, honestly.

However, depression isn't Cohen's biggest issue, and it certainly doesn't absolve him of anything. People with depression don't typically behave the way he does, especially not for eight years straight, unless there's something else going on. In this case, the something we are looking at is that he is, simply, a gigantic douche, and has refused to grow up.

Ryulong has a very lengthy history of behaving in abhorrent ways in group project settings. He is clearly an unrepentant asshole in every instance unless forced to apologize, and even then he comes off as passive-aggressive and insincere. Even when he recognizes that they're inappropriate or may indicate a larger problem, he's shown absolutely no remorse for any of his behaviors or actions. At his core, as a person, he comes off as a self-righteous, childish, highly biased control freak who is loathe to accept any kind of criticism and who plays incredible mental games to make sure he never feels like he's wrong about anything.

Ryulong has demonstrated or even stated on several occasions that he is aware of how his behavior affects others but that he does not care. Though he clearly has issues including and beyond his depression, he makes no effort whatsoever to either deal with them, moderate his behavior based on the feedback he receives, or even engage in empathetic understanding with the people affected by it. As far as I have seen, and in fact as far as carpetsmoker (I think) has also seen and pointed out, Ryulong has never once offered an apology for anything at all on RationalWiki. This is because he is completely unwilling to accept that he is physically capable of being wrong about something.

Makes sense given his rather liberal definition of dox or it would, if he (and Dave his patron) wouldn't be also raging hypocrites. For them, doxxing their ideological opponents is totally kosher, helal, OK and so on, but their ideological opponents doing the doxxing (dlagon claiming that) is totally treife, haram and evel. Here are chatlogs on her website talking about her "lgf", so everyone there knew and we now have direct evidence that she lied about the chatlogs being acquired in a hack. That she removed this script shows that she knew the logs were publicly available as of April 20, 2014. Hence, she has lied in her claim that "illegal SQL injections" were used to gain access to the logs as she knew that the logs were public. Regardless of your protestations that "the chatlogs were never known about until Gamergate began hacking her website", they were indeed publicly available to anyone who could use the wayback machine and the reason I had to use an archive.is to show this is because Sarah deliberately excluded her site from the index after the logs were discovered.--Banned main (talk) 22:43, 18 December 2015 (UTC)

Incidentally, these are all things where their lies about the very same subject are still publicly available.

So it's apparently okay to lie about Nyberg not being a pedophile, but not to tell the truth about it.
