Okay game I was trying to be nice to you but then you pull Urkel's companion quest. I chose this.

This isn't me just the first result I found but just fucking look at this:
Fucking hell this is just beyond even the rest.

So if you were wondering why the original r/SaintsRow sub went from generally being pretty "meh" and critical of the reboot after the first trailer release, to absolutely fellating Volition and anyone adjacent, now we know. It was both a concerted effort at brigading by retarded An-Coms from r/GamingCircleJerk, and an effort by the devs to implant their own jannies on the sub so they could remove any criticism. If these jannies were actually being fucking paid for their "work", it's definitely a new low. They had to pay jannies to moderate an organic message board that they didn't even create in the first place just to make their game look less like ballsack. And somehow, they're not ashamed, they still put their fucking usernames in the credits.

I knew Reddit was astroturfed to shit and figured most of them were paid shills but I absolutely did not expect to find jannies in the fucking end credits. Who the fuck knows who else they might've paid off?

Between this shit and all of the fucking snarky reaction gif, "haters gonna hate!" shit on Twitter, they were really expecting social media to sell this game for them and I am enjoying watching this shit implode and get reamed. They were absolutely certain that this game would sell well between social media astroturfing and outright insulting long-time fans of the series and now they're rightfully getting fucked in the ass.

It's kind of surreal now to see companies not just making echo-chambers in order to hype up their product, but actually buying into their own hype. Imagine hiring a market analyst who tells you "Look at all this positive feedback we're getting on social media!" when the vast majority of it is just getting filtered by your own marketing team and their Reddit/Discord underlings. It's like some kind of horrible, internet version of yes-men. It's no wonder that criticisms get brushed off as gamers whining or being entitled or whatever buzzword.

It takes a rare amount of mental retardation to effectively confirm that you have effectively bribed a subreddit, but their decision to thank the jannies after a convenient reshuffle really does a good job of that.

Holy shit it's hilarious that even with all that effort, even the fuckers they were trying to appeal to thought it was too mediocre to shill.

Sunset Overdrive had something like this, only Insomniac was smart enough to have the player character treat that group like a bunch of lunatics and be incredibly sarcastic to them (they were a fantasy group, not post-apocalyptic like these clowns). And during their final mission, they had the sense to cut the shit & use guns against the raiders that took over their old base.

To see Saints Row, a series that once took the piss out of everything, treat this so sincerely deeply saddens me.

three minutes in and i found a glitch about how to remove the censor from the tiddies, and these are saggy as fuck, it's like women are forbidden to be sexy in this fucking game.

The current batch of modern game developers seem real fond of the quote, my way or highway and applying that into practice when they get criticisms. Doesn't matter if it doesn't work out for them, they just pretend the gamers are trolls and only pay attention to the asskissers. I can remember at least two big western dev doing that in the last 6 years, Neil Druckmann and Cliff Beznovski.

As cynical as so many Kiwis get about games, there are still a plethora of great ones available. Even if money's not a problem, why waste your time on something subpar? If you want a new game for your PS4, I'll gladly recommend:
  • Yakuza 0
  • Yakuza: Like a Dragon
  • Judgment
  • Dragon Quest XI
  • Spelunky 2
  • Bloodborne
  • Persona 5
  • Doom Eternal
These are just a smattering of games I've enjoyed over the past couple of years, and they're all on PS4. If you have any interest in any of those, and haven't played them, then I'd highly recommend you check them out instead.

Why would they even texture the breasts? are they just the same textures as the male upper body and just reused for the females or did they make whole new textures just to be censored?
