This is definitely Phase 1. She quit WW and now is back to just counting calories. She is recording her walkeeeen and is now eating salads for breakfast.

We in Phase 1 gorl.

One would have to assume "upright," not necessarily standing on her bloated legs. I can firmly believe she was "upright" on Pillow Mountain for 10 hours. I mean c'mon, she admitted that her WHOLE 4 MINUTE exercise routine nearly killed her. Buy hey guise... only 1 minute used to kill me! Progress!!! <fat asspats>

Way to minimize your girlfriend's efforts at losing weight you fat sow. And while she's sitting where she can hear you too. She treats Becky like crap, but at the same time Becky just sits there and takes it, so I can't really feel sorry for her.
 
Jesus, she does nothing all day and yet can't even make her own salad. Buy a thing of mix greens, some broccoli slaw and sprouts, some shredded carrots, some shredded cucumber, some cherry tomatoes, add in some chicken or tofu, some sort of protein. Make a nice vinaigrette they're pretty easy to make. Stop being so damn lazy and be an adult, learn to cook and make salads, you idiot.

That's not how the apple watch stand goal works - it measures standing and/or moving for at least one full minute every hour out of 12 hours.

Speaking of the stand goal, when that fucker is turned on it tells you to get up and move every hour. I wonder if our gorl has disabled those notifications yet!

Ive been saying this for the longest time, her eyes are dead but go even deader when she eats.
 
are people really giving her hate for these salads? if she added in some chicken, shrimp or some protein it wouldn't be that bad. but if she was eating 2,500 calories in these salads she would of lost atleast 10 pounds by now.

she is jealous and she has to find excuses why it works for Becky but doesn't work FOR HER. Becky is sabotaging her plans of doing absolutely nothing to lose weight and happily eat herself to death while pretending on camera that she is trying so hard you guize but it just gosh darn won't work I TRIED EVERYTHEEN I dont know how Becky can just do it while not even tryeeeen???

She's pretending she eats them all the time, that's why she's getting "hate" because if she was really eating like this regularly she'd lose 50 pounds in month.
 
Stand only means that you get up and move for one minute out of the hour lol. It also buzzes you so it’s impossible to forget. So my guess is she’s eating. Movement as a whole can trick it. If she’s using the hand she wears it on to shove food in her gob it can misread.
