Yes, posting these comments on a 2 minute clip of Nick looking at real estate is low IQ. Having a TINY bit of nuance is what keeps things funny, many zoomers don't understand that. Nuance is what made WP so good, and it is the essence of MDE. Go be a retard on cozy.tv if you want to comment like that and have someone respond to you.

It is the antithesis of all MDE "life advice" segments to waste your waking hours watching Europa or worrying about the USS Liberty. Sam drills it into their heads but they just don't get it.

I wonder how much of this raging spergout is solely due to Charls’ pride. Like, I am curious if Sam or Nick have reached out and offered to get him back in the fold and to make some money and maybe even create his own style of content with them and he refused out of spite and holding on to this grudge. Didn’t Sam state they were only being paid like $80,000 for MDE? That seems grossly underpaid for the amount of work and content they were producing for AS… why would charls continue to hold such animus at Sam for that? If he was “blacklisted” all he would have to do was reach out to Bernstein or some other faggot journo to co-write a hit piece about Sam and MDE and I’m sure he’d recognized as a good goy again.

I do think World Peace 2 is not going to resemble the first without Charls's skits. I'm not a big fan of them, but the show benefited a lot from his stuff between mostly Sam's skits. I don't think anyone from 1Team, if Sam decides to include them, will fit while being just different enough from Sam's humor.

His wife has a big thread on lolcow I think. She definitely seems to be the milkier of the two.

I looked into it and there's a Twitch stream he did where he talked about his grievances more coherently (at 44:30, should start there):
Apologies if this was already posted.

The TLDR is that he blames World Peace getting cancelled on Sam's social media antics at the time, not the content of the show, and that he believes that Sam's social media antics were deliberately designed to get the show cancelled.

If I understand him correctly, he also appears to claim that he was working on a separate show with Nick that was very close to getting greenlit with Adult Swim, and Sam somehow maneuvered to sandbag the project.

He doesn't really mention any of the stuff he did today about Sam taking reprisals against him, hiring people to go after him, etc, but that sounds like more like the ramblings of a drunk and potentially mentally ill person more than something he has proof of.

That makes no sense. Why would Nick still be great friends with Sam if he ruined a serious project like that with him involved? Getting a Television show is a once in a lifetime thing and if you intentionally sabotaged it that would be a massive betrayal.

What he was saying was kind of muddled so I'm not really sure, but what I gathered from what he said was that Sam was involved or had some of the rights even though Nick and Charls came up with the idea for the project in a day without any involvement from Sam Hyde.

I'm guessing that if this is true at all, Sam didn't want the project to go forward without his involvement and Adult Swim vetoed his involvement because his antics at the time made him too toxic, so the thing got mothballed and Charls got even more pissed at Sam than he was before. Nick might have been less inclined to force through doing a show without Sam's involvement. I doubt it was a thing where Sam said "I REFUSE TO LET YOU DO A SHOW" or something.

Can confirm Orangy killed himself. Quite a long time ago. To my understanding It was due to schizo drama with another former MDE contributor whose life story could be its own thread.
