screenshots of conversations between two people that dislike sam does not constitute good evidence. eye witness does not constitute good evidence. just because its the only evidence there is doesnt mean it’s believable.

at this point it is completely up to the public to believe or disbelieve people like samhydepedo and JMAA.

the opinion of “the people hes screwed over” might be just a teeny tiny little bitty bit biased. im sorry for not immediately believing every unsubstantiated claim that comes out of their mouth. maybe i will if someone makes a video re-explaining the screenshots i have already read. that would be super convincing!

This has been the TLDR for ten years. All of this is based on Sam having sex with a 16 year old in a state where the age of consent is 16. That's the big accusation. That's what this all revolves around. Everything else is low level gossip from ex girlfriends and employees. The only other serious accusation is that he had HDs full of CP but there hasn't been one single shred of evidence to support this. The FBI allegedly investigated and found nothing.

It's a lot of words and noise swirling around in a toilet that's been flushing for seven years. It's either about to overflow or finally finish draining.

btw I'm not arguing AOC or anything like that I'm just saying what the actual accusations are. These people come in here and talk shit like a cocky tornado but read between the lines and realize there isn't much substance to it at all.

Yeah. After seeing Josh's poll on twitter, I decided to read last ~20 pages. I thought we were finally gonna get a closure to the Marky saga. Dude, I literally got a headache from reading all that nonsense.

second, at least some of the cp allegations have merit considering the Marky photos are pretty clearly cropped (and depending on state/country may still be considered csam even cropped so be careful lads)

interestingly Soph's video actually has a noteworthy little addition, Hyde was apparently caught creeping on a highschooler's (15) instagram selfies, probably not illegal but kinda suspect.

Everyone is always talking about the Marky and Sam Hyde saga but you never hear about part 2 of the saga. I don't know if this was already posted earlier but this is allegedly Marky telling Kennedi Cotarelo about another more recent experience she had with Sam in 2019.

For context, Marky had just returned from living with the admin of Masterchan in Brazil. That guy, Roberto, also has claims against him and Masterchan for CP/pedo stuff.

It doesn't really matter, because even if "he would know" (doesn't follow), and even if Charls DID say something like that, people would have just called him crazy and say that it's not proof of anything.

After typing the above sentence I searched up "Charls gay" to bring up how people responded to that one stream from Charls and found this post from you a month ago that says exactly that.

you missed the very critical context of charls “saying something”. he was in the turkey earthquake that killed like 30k people, got wasted, started having a full on mental breakdown, and then apologized for it. this is why people dont take what he had to say in that stream seriously.

Because he's strong-willed enough to take all of the usual PC cancel tactics on the chin, so his detractors need to resort to the one thing that universally tarnishes a reputation no matter what the truth actually is.

Pedo-outing people is like the red scare of the Internet age; anyone can be one and everyone's terrified of being labeled one.

And it's an especially low blow if there's no truth behind it, because people will still quietly question you, even if the accusation is refuted; you can't unring a bell.

The point is not whether people "take what he had to say in that stream seriously" or not, its the whole picking and choosing to make Sam look good that's ridiculous.

People (including you, apparently, since you gave this an "Agree" react) take the stream super seriously to the extent he DIDN'T say something specific about Daddy Sam:

This is not a coherent position to take.

You can say the fact that Charls didn't bring up the Marky situation is evidence against it being real, but at the cost of boosting the whole closeted thing.
OR you can say the whole thing was a mental breakdown in which case you can't declare that anything Charls didn't mention about Sam during his unhinged mental breakdown that shouldn't be taken seriously definitely never happened.

It's not even like I'm arguing that one or the other is true. I'm saying that trying to have it both ways is ridiculous and just discredits yourself because it makes it look like you will stoop to anything to sweep for Daddy Sam.

Sweep smarter, not harder.

ok lemme explain it. i believe charls was just talking shit about sam. the vast majority of what charls said were just personal insults iirc. charls did not mention marky. therefore even charls in a drunken stupor thinks that calling sam a pedophile is a step too far.

addendum: deathnote style deductive reasoning is not real. life is not black and white “either everything he said is false or it proves everything” this is charls wasted on stream venting the anger that has been ruining his life. i do not take it very seriously and at the same time charls did not mention pedophilia. thats a gray area and you can believe whatever you want about it but its not some logicial puzzlebox.
