There was confusion over which bits of the body went to which butthole and gendered peepee doctors. I thought it was weird that the butthole doctor did the prostate because women also have buttholes and no prostate. I also thought it weird that a gynecologist did the entire reproductive system for women but the men's reproductive system was split between two doctors, one of which was a general urinary tract doctor for men and women (Urologist).

He clarified that a Urologist is strictly a male reproductive and urinary tract doctor (including prostate), a Gynecologist was the female reproductive and urinary tract doctor, and Proctologists no longer exist and are instead called Colorectal Surgeons that you'd not go to for a prostate exam unless referred due to serious concerns. So the confusion was mostly that Urologists aren't urinary tract doctors but instead male reproductive doctors, and Proctologist is an obsolete term.

That's not even true. Urologists can and do treat female urinary tract issues.
