Agreed completely. Crew does a bad problem of spreading out content of fish. Instead of being fishtank it becomes The Cole Show or The TJ Show or The Jimmy Show, etc. That's not to say other fish can't create content but that the crew tries to make everything revolve around one fish. Not only does it push these fish to their fucking limits and gets them kicked out but it also prevents other fish from shining, it's more rare for a fish to make content by themselves without the crew pushing them or having other people push them to do shit so when the crew is trying to rile up one specific fish, the others aren't really doing much unless it's just a plain task of doing something to the star fish.Over reliance on fish is a huge problem
Obviously not. If that bump is real it probably comes from the chapstick or w/e Jimmy threw after the mallet. He actually hit her with the Mallet?
I assumed the mallet hit the wall and the wispy ass handle then hit her head. Thats what it looks like in the slow moAgreed completely. Crew does a bad problem of spreading out content of fish. I kind of feel like this season has the opposite problem-- production is trying too hard. Think of how many forced plotlines we've had this season as opposed to last season. My guess is that in s1 the pressure was on for everyone working on it as they didnt know how successful they could be, so they tried real hard. I'm guessing that the crowd funding for s2 made them too laid back with everything.
Trying to one-up each other over who has dated the most problematic whore is the most retarded type of post. There might be some Jewish psychological analysis determining which retarded whore is the most mentally fucked up, but any self respecting man would ghost long before getting to that point.I've dated truly manipulative whores and I can tell the difference between that and Summer having a schizo episode. Truly manipulative people don't constantly ask "why are you doing this to me?" Or "why is this happening to me?" to the people they are trying to manipulate.
He did hit her with the mallet. People are thrown off because the long end it what caught her. They tend to watch where the head of the mallet was. Brittney's story has also remained consistent every time she's brought up being hit. It's amazing how much /tv/ posting convinced even this board of meaningless conspiracy. He actually hit her with the Mallet? Good job Jet!

factual and straight. It is clear it only was the handle hitting her due to jimmy's butter fingers, if he had maintained a sturdy grip on that mallet I think Brit's head would have been split open.He did hit her with the mallet. I can see what you mean, and agree with the abundance of pushing fish into forced, contrived content. I think I was probably unclear with my point.I kind of feel like this season has the opposite problem-- production is trying too hard. Production is constantly pushing the fish into obviously fake romance plots, or fake interpersonal dramas, and often that manipulation ends up costing us fish. I'm sure that if production had been less hands on Cole would have stayed on for a bit longer at the very least.
Then there were hints of good bits like the Synanon style attack therapy, and the initiative group, that ultimately don't seem to be going anywhere or were not adhered to.
All that said, this season has already generated way more content than S1 had at the 3 week point. I remember thinking S1 was over when they kicked Jon and Simmons, but they salvaged it.
Ben told Brit to cause chaos and ally with Trish because she is weak. Also is Trisha the least popular fish compared to both seasons? Even with all that happened yesterday she barely moved in endorsements.Britney/Abby took Trish to B2 to tell her about a mission to destroy Tayleigh's yarn. I don't know if production gave her this mission, I only just tuned in. Either way the results should be interesting.

Lets not pretend this isn't what season 1 was too. The only difference is the speed at which they start to getting fish to do stuff. Lets not forget the very end of season 1 was literally throwing the last 2 in a room and coming up with random challenges every few minutes and begging twitter for ideas. Season 1 was under-prepared but at least it has some level of excuse because it's the first time they did it but this season, they don't really have any excuse.his season feels like they're grasping at straws with the attitude of throwing it all to the wall to see what sticks.

I think that would be amazing. Just him in that house alone going progressively crazier. They should kick everyone and bring back Jimmy.

The entire MDE crew had about half a year to organize and plan this shit. All they've come up with is the house, actually delivering presents (fatty being santa was probably planned before the show too), the attack therapy sessions, karate/workout sessions. Chris's bar, the dog house/beef. They potentially planned for the initiative thing too but with how loose and random it is, it's either something they came up with on the spot or it was meant to be a bigger thing they just didn't fully execute similar to the "entity" shit in season 1. There's also all the shit involving the site but who seriously gives a fuck about any of that? There aren't even any new fish toys besides a very simplistic "force two fish into a room" and "give a fish a cig". Audio is about as bad as season 1 and the site quality has still been shitting itself while people can play it in vlc with no stutters and minimal delay.
The statements Goldstriker makes in this clip were just the truth at the time they were said. I'm expecting the end of S2 to be exactly this.Lets not pretend this isn't what season 1 was too. I still don't know the point of the 70's house or the wardrobes
I mean, what more can they really do with the theme? Seems it's more for just visuals, I do like the fish's 70's style wardrobe but besides the wardrobe, house, and a tube tv with pong, what could they really do? Sam could probably have had a more fitting persona I guess.the 70s setting is kind of decaying conceptually
It gives the air of Jet reading his Twitter timeline and /tv/ and whatever fish is getting the most buzz at that moment he focuses on to the exclusion of everyone else. This results in the contestant flaming out and either quitting or having meltdowns like Jimmy did.Agreed completely. Crew does a bad problem of spreading out content of fish. Sam's persona is completely out of place. S1's character of a weird rich guy who decided to make a reality show was both more lazy but also made more sense.I mean, what more can they really do with the theme? Seems it's more for just visuals, I do like the fish's 70's style wardrobe but besides the wardrobe, house, and a tube tv with pong, what could they really do? Correction: it was a matter of an old toy phone that probably cost about $2 at a thrift store.Brit should be mindful of so they wouldn't find themselves shit testing a man on matters of their existence
