I think it's more like "I want to win the internet argument so please stop so I can feel like I won". Combine this with a stunted brain results in her fixation on events in her life where she felt like an ass and cannot move on from it. She responds so she can feel like she has the last word but then she keeps checking us and Aislinn. The cycle repeats.

It's gonna be fun when she gets back. I just hope she doesn't fuck it up and get herself banned again.

Depends on how ideal her current prescription is and how well she follows it. If she goes back to ranting, raving in all caps and screaming about how she most definitely doesn't hear the scratching we're making in her walls then she'll be around until she suddenly stops dropping by for a few months. But if we get a continuation of her attempting Logic, then it's really just a matter of time she does something bloody stupid and eats a ban, again. Might even be for the same thing she was banned for previously, or could be something entirely different but equally unexpected and retarded.
