As I recall, she just fixated on that since someone said it back in October in "How Do I Improve My Art" thread. It just seems to filed away in her mind under "Trolls said THIS and its not true!". It's a mystery why that would deserve such fixation. Especially when, by her own admission, she knows she's being trolled. Even if she believes that it would cause real harm to her reputation, she seems to be oblivious to the fact her reputation is determined by other proven issues such as stalking and dead kittens.

Can you really call her a prostitute? You can make a Fetlife account (gross) but you have to have actual intercourse and profit from it to be a prostitute. We have yet to see actual proof of this.

Not gonna lie, Lamby's pretty cool. According to the Squirrel, Lamby's centaur was posted on 10/19/2020 and Emily's was on 10/20/2020. Given how Emily takes on average a little more than half an hour to make one of her pieces, I'd agree with the Squirrel that Emily didn't even start her piece until after Lamby had posted theirs. Any "proof" Emily had that she didn't copy Lamby was nuked along with her previous DeviantArt account.

Had to download a LoRA but getting some success. I will not allow that poor innocent centaur to be consigned to the glue factory for Emily to sniff!

Under Restrictions its against Windows 10 rules to reverse engineer.

I would've had to make a custom code; and I'd rather use the programs already available then make a new program JUST to scam people with. I'm lazy, why make a new program that may not even work? trolls are not being very smart and relying on peoples stupidity only takes them so far before they go looking for information. Brush strokes are custom to that app. that code is DIFFICULT not easy to make.

I know you people are aiming to troll me and stuff.. but even some of your trolling ways make no sense. some of you accused me of faking my livestreams but you don't realize how hard it is to fake a brush stroke from a PC or a user inputting a mouse. Half of you don't even know what Photoshop, MedibangPaint Pro ( Free app by the way, no excuses here.) Paint tool Sai, etc, look like and assume much about my artwork being faked in some way shape or form. The drawings might be bad, but they still are CUSTOM artworks drawn with no background image shown or references shown on screen. You trolls rely on peoples stupidity so much you don't realize that your own statements make you look foolish. A brush stroke for a drawing app cannot be faked, it's impossible; as the user is drawing on the page or Canvas in some apps, the brushes inputted have to be coded a specific way to even be used. people falling for this issue of "Fake." videos are really not smart to be honest. it takes three years to make an app like Photoshop if you Google Photoshops history. Why fake a program ? if I knew this type of code I'd be selling the program I made. half of this drama makes no sense and while I understand there's a LOT of fake Youtuber content, the art community videos are one set of videos that are NOT Fakeable and legally you cannot fake Photoshop even because of its AI laws. ( Google Photoshop Eula and there's a few of them that state it cant be input into AI etc.) Paint Tool Sai is the same. these programs all have reverse engineering laws.

To the trolls trying to claim my videos are fake in some way, PLEASE do the research before upsetting people when they figure out your lying to them. faking a computer brush stroke would take hours why fake it when I could easily use a freebie program to draw like Medibang? ( Note: Not an advertisement, its just a really good program for beginner artists.)


I understand in an age where content on Youtube can be faked, brush strokes HAVE to be coded to be able to be used via a mouse, tablet pen, etc. to Troll someone and make them think it's possible for it to be fake, is just wrong.

Programs like Photoshop take at least three years to make, maybe two if your really good at coding. a Custom Brush stroke is custom to that apps code. To make a person think its possible to fake an app like Adobe Photoshop; IS starting unneeded drama. I understand the lot of you are here to troll people; but there has got to be SOME give way on what you actually troll people with.

I know you people are just trolls; but even I know that peoples stupidity can only go so far before they look up facts and leave you.

I said it, she's an art thief. Despite her repeated lies to the contrary, she has continued to steal other artists work. I know, Emily will go around, spamming all her accounts with proclamations of innocence and how she has somehow been wronged, but the reality is that she has stolen art in the past and still continues to steal art now. She will attempt to cover up what she is doing with her normal word salad of idiocy, sounding like an utter donut in the process, but it does not change the fact that she is steal artwork from someone else. In this case, from me. The image in question is not created by AI but is recognized on a variety of different platforms as Virtual world photography, photography being the operative word here.

This is one of a series of images that I did, which was not just posted on DA but also on FB and on my own blog. It was taken in Second Life, then slightly touched up with Photoshop. After that, it was part of an article that I did, at the beginning of December. This is the image that is also being shown in a video of my gallery, without permission, over on Emily's blog. Right now, she is in violation of the copyrights that are legally allowed on that image.

I can DMCA her, I am well within my rights, however when I was filling out the DMCA on her, I realized that she would also gain my real life information, something I am not comfortable giving out and information that I know she has been desperately attempting to gain. With that in mind, I intend to simply continue reporting her blog for targeted harassment and cyberbullying.

There are also 2 images in that video, that are AI based but were touched up and fixed by me, in Photoshop. When you put a human into the equation, in regards to AI, there is now what is called a grey area. The final image has the human touch, which means at that point, many do believe that it can have copyrights applied to it, so much so that DA and Flickr, along with FB, allow you to apply copyright licenses to them. My query is this, if they cannot be copyrighted, why do those platforms, along with a few others I have noted, are allowing artists to apply these licenses to the work?

Bottom line here is that Emily is giving me all the proof I need to support what I have said about her, that she is an art thief and a fucking donut for trying to use legalese that she doesn't understand, to support her art theft. As Public Observer has said in the past, she also has the maturity of a blueberry scone, but I believe everyone is already fully aware of that in regards to her mental age.

As for avoiding or evading bans, I have set up my accounts now so you cannot see them so easily when you do not log in, ie. use another browser to go around the bans. This post here on the blog, is the last of the posts I have created, naming Emily as an art thief and warning others to be cautious about letting her near their work. All the posts contain a link and images to the art theft that Emily has done again, once more giving me the necessary receipts to show that she is what the art community hates, an art thief. Thank you for the evidence Emily. You reap what you sow.

Rules have never been broken. Ever. The notion of breaking the rules and doing whatever the fuck you want has never happened before. It's unprecedented.
I'm sure she broke a ton of rules leading to her permaban on SecondLife though.
