Both of them would have to defeat their arch-nemeseis (apparently that's the plural of nemesis) first - Gravity for Uggo Sluggo and the stairs leading to the ring/cage/octagon for Hotwheels.
I'd love to watch that fight though - the Man of Glass versus Slugtor, Devourer of Worlds. I love a good freakshow so I was extremely bummed when Tonkasaw chickened out of his fight with KKK Grand Dragon Andy "Race"Warski. A man can dream.
