I have no idea. It may vary by state. In mid-May he was $3k in the hole on his rent. Then at the end of that month he said he made a deal with his landlord that would get him through July.

I think it is over (edit) in most places.
Not that it'll apply in the Slug's case - he's been "I need money by Friday to forstall eviction!!!" for 4 years now, and his lease will have been up for renewal at least once, likely 2 or 3 times in that period. There's no way in hell a property co would have renewed his lease with his claimed history of last minute panic payments.

Federal moratorium on evictions expires tomorrow, 7/31/21, lots of individuals and organizations are lobbying Biden to extend it and I personally believe it will happen based upon who's doing the asking

For like $100 he could get a years prepaid service and more minutes than he'd ever need because Sean probably has nobody in his life to call anyway. The only way any of this tard's bills ever make any sense are if he has no idea of anything close to economizing and also has some pretty good wealth to fall back on. If he was truly a job hunting borderline welfare case he would struggle to rack up these kinds of bills in the first place because they'd be covered in some way or he'd be too busy with actual work.

Exactly. He just doesn’t come across as a poor person. Not to PL, but I spent a bit of time being poor in my early 20s and there’s no way in hell I’d rack up the kind of bills he is. Because you have to think about every bit of expenditure. You get the cheap phone plan. You think hard about every purchase. You live in fear of the utility bill. You’re eating the cheapest, lowest quality food. Forget streaming services and porn, that might mean the difference between paying the rent this month and getting in arrears. Any unexpected expense might knock you on your ass. You’re constantly aware of how close you are to disaster. And there’s a sense of shame - you feel like a social failure when you can’t go to events or your clothes wear out, you feel like a burden when you ask for money.
Sean does not write like that. Sure, he puts on the front of being desperate, but it’s become rote. “I’m so tired,” “I need $[x] TODAY!” I don’t see that genuine fear that it might all fall apart if he doesn’t get it.

He hasn't done anything to decrease his rental expenses during all this time, has he? Most people with this length of unemployment would move in with roommates or sublet a room from someone. It's not like he has any dependents that might make that difficult. I think he hasn't moved or downgraded any of his expenses because those things are difficult or at least unpleasant, so why do that when you can sit on twitter?
