I'd obviously never actually do anything to Sean but I always wonder what cows would do if someone actually did take them seriously.
Evidence from when it happens to other troon e-grifters is that they get angrily defensive that anything other than monetary donations would help them. They pretend that any offers of help are things they've already done, blame everything on transphobia, and if the person persists past one or two offers they'll make up reasons why they're not in good faith or a stalker or putting the burden of emotional labour on the poor troon and block them. Because anyone offering real help is essentially forcing the beggar to make up more lies as to why they will only have their problems solved with cash, and they resent that someone doesn't just automatically Listen, Believe and Dutifully Obey when they say these things rather than do anything that shows actual concern by actively trying to help rather than throwing money at the problem.
What's perhaps even sadder is that a number of time when someone's offered one of the many people like Sean the sort of help he claims he's looking for, when the troon rages at them in response they back down and apologise, rather than start to think that maybe, just maybe, something's not adding up. But that's part of the cult mentality of these people being the most oppressed on the planet - no doubts allowed or you're immediately ejected and marked as an evil TERF.
One of the reasons Sean is so repulsive besides his wormy exterior is that it's so clear that he puts no effort into anything. His lies about his life and his begging needs are broad and transparent and at Nigerian levels of lack of effort, but anyone who would call him out for it would be treated the same as if you were challenging someone who had mountains of evidence posted to prove things were how they said they were. He's a strong indication of how the 'troon community' is grifters, liars and the delusional all the way down. If it weren't, they'd willingly try and expel people like Sean who make them look so incredibly bad. But no, they have to defend every single troon because if you question it for one of them, then they're all threatened at being exposed. It was like with Chris-Chan when people were still making a point that you shouldn't deadname or misgender him, because he might believe that there's an interdimensional merge coming and that's he's Jesus Christ but saying he's a woman is definitely, 100% true.
Tl;dr: Someone once pointed out Sean's begging amounts were stupidly large; he made up another lie and called the person "creepy" for going through his posting history - which was of tweets he'd made 12 hours prior. If you challenge a troon, you're the one at fault, because you're victimising them, no exceptions. That includes offering real help rather than letting them blow money elsewhere.
