I can think of several such definitions. Ultimately, though, it doesn’t really matter. Nobody’s looking at Sean and thinking, “But this person is so obviously feminine, her attributes so indistinguishable from those of a cis woman, I must come up with some arbitrary exclusion category.”

While reasonable people can disagree about exactly what is a chair, no one actually believes a shelf is a chair or that dining chair is not. Reasonable people can disagree about whether someone with CAIS and XY chromosomes is male or female, but no one in the world actually thinks that Sean Simpson is a woman.
I think this is a key point. Starting around 2014 or so when there was this big push to make the internet be much more feminist the social prestige of posters went from Team Maddox to Team Saarkesian and so you see all these nerd guys go from edgebeard to histrionic quasi-female.
