Maybe he is relying on other potato-sack looking troons to pass the meagre wealth from one to another like a fat and useless legion of digital Graeae. I remember watching something a while ago where someone was arguing that most of the eBegging is basically just money swirling around from beggar to beggar much like water down a toilet.

Surely there's something in North Carolina rental law that lets you eventually evict a recurrent non-payer of rent. I looked at part of it during the last begathon and you can't just straight up evict someone the instant they don't pay rent, there's a ten day grace period and then the actual process of eviction takes sixty days in the courts.
