That can be easily answered:
ikanreed claimed the whole board defended Nyberg in the 4/5 vote and the one vote missing was an absentee (most likely human). Percy is more of a naive dolt, Fuzzy goes with the flow, but ikanreed and David Gerard are true believers. They have defended Nyberg at other places, too and see no reason to make a gesture of distance.
Note that the RationalWiki has a unique special “Nyberg protection clause”, which is not mentioned in the official rules and which violates every other practice of the site. They usually make a huge week-long fuss about any possible case (called COOP), except for Nyberg, that's instant death sentence by firing squad. Of course it is not mentioned in any rules. When pointed out, they lie about that too, and claim they were only protecting themselves from lawsuits. But take note, their articles are teeming with slander and smear, and even repeating accusations of rape-apologia in article space (i.e. what you cannot say truthfully about Nyberg as opinion can be written into official articles on other people they don't like and without evidence — so much for libel concerns.)
Worse, David Gerard also runs the official RationalWiki twitter account that friendly chirpes and retweeted with Nyberg many times. He has been defending the practice without reservation when the above happened, and ever since. In other words, Gerard is completely and without any shred of a doubt supporting Nyberg, and doesn't even deem it necesssary to maintain some professional or tactical PR distance (well) after Nyberg conceded the accusations to be true. Keep in mind that it costs Gerard nothing whatsoever to not re/tweet with Nyberg, and he's not gaining anything either. And keep in mind that Nyberg's case is controversial and yucky enough to compell a normally functioning person to maintain a bit of distance with an official account, even if only for PR reasons.
