"Charloppe" in those logs is Charlotte Danowski, Sarah's MtF trans girlfriend who lives in Milwaukee. She seems to have deleted her twitter account (google cache archive) at some point in the last 24 hours, probably in response to the leaked chatlogs that @Hellfire is quoting.

Previously, Charlotte tried to get her picture taken down from Sarah's ED article by DMCA'ing Encyclopedia Dramatica. As you'd probably expect, it didn't work.

Well, as evidenced by this thread, Nyberg's done some crazy successful damage control that someone like Chris could only dream of. And Danowski was in CON, so, y'know, not exactly the most stable or unbiased individual out there.

The only reason he wasn't arrested is because you can't get busted for talking about illegal things, and there's no evidence he ever actually molested his cousin.
