The real question is what mustard do you use with your sauerkraut?

I like old english mustard.

Sauerkraut is delicious, but during WW2 they locked POW's in there to work on it and they didn't let them out for the bathroom. Or at least it happened to a few of these guys in Dresden.

Anyway, during the Christmas Market in town there's a stall that sells Bratwursts and other assorted 'wursts.

I have Sauerkraut with those. Such yum.
