With Abortions, Fertility Rate and Homosexuality in mind. But yeah i assume a couple of years if not atleast a decade before you see the impact truly set in. Aging population with no replacement will eventually lead to all sort of shit issues. I can already see this unfolding in countries like Japan, South Korea, China, Romania, Russia, etc. In 2008 Japan reached their highest population and the population continues to drop from here. Japan has such a busy work system nobody has time to raise their children. South Korea's population is still growing but it's slowing down and South Korea already has the worst fertility rate at 0.76. China used to have a one child policy, now two child policy and the young generation is really small compared to it's mass amounts of elders. Russia's Population peaked in 1992 and started to drop due to the casualties of Russians who died under the hands fighting against National Socialists who could've used that moment to reproduce, not even the Anti-LGBT narrative can save them. Russia's population began climbing again in 2009 but then 2017 it started dropping again as they start running into a lost generation once more. Romania's population has been falling since 1990. The same can be said about Bulgaria and Hungary. Meanwhile, countries in Africa such as Niger, Sudan, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Chad, Mali, etc. are exploding.
