It really does shock me that people still think that they can undergo a procedure like a vaginoplasty and live a productive life afterwards. People who go in for colon cancer surgery to remove tumors, a procedure in the same area of the body that's far less invasive and has an actual critical medical purpose to it (ie, removing a fucking tumor before it spreads or causes bowel blockage), still get hit with lots of awful side effects. There's a bundle of nerves in the pelvis that controls urinary and sexual functions that often get damaged during surgery, so people go in hoping to get their tumors removed, and they leave no longer able to get an erection or cum. And that's for a procedure that is comparatively way less invasive and doesn't even require the nerves to be rearranged, unlike a vaginoplasty where shit is deliberately getting moved around. These people are getting sold a pipe dream on what trans surgery outcomes are actually like, and while it's easy to blame the groomers on discord, the blame truly lies with the doctors who knowingly set people up for this and don't give them an accurate portrait of what will happen afterwards. You could pay me a million dollars and I still wouldn't perform a vaginoplasty on my worst enemy. It's a fate worse than death. Some people might cheer the growing suicide rate for troons, but as for me, my hope is that the doctors who promote and perform these procedures grow a conscience and start joining their victims in the suicide statistics.

Someone want to do a dive into these studies? I find it really hard to believe that putting your body through such severe hormonal imbalance for so long is as safe as they claim.

There will be more and more regret in the future, but it's disheartening that it will (more than likely) get buried by the (((media))) and labelled as "transphobic". And there are many groups of freaks that have a presumably lower rate of offing themselves. Tons of porn/sex addicts who do not troon out and are still living. The irony is that Rowling's a hardcore liberal for many topics but troons. You're right though. She has never outright said that all troons should be rounded up and executed or anything of that nature. The troon movement is built on bullying people (usually women) into complete compliance. Stray even one point from that and you're an enemy.

So many people use words they would never call any other woman but TERFs like J.K Rowling and the like. It's extremely misogynistic, but hating women is a prerequisite for this movement, and I speak this as someone who does not identify as any kind of hardcore feminist.

This makes me wonder: have there ever been long-term studies done on what happens if you not only don't treat, but actively encourage mental diseases like schizophrenia?

I’m not sure about studies but I recall a psych discussion in college regarding schizophrenia and what happens if the voices and hallucinations are positive. Apparently the patient ends up feeling like a failure because they can never live up to the imagined expectations. The positive tone and smiles ends up becoming sinister despite being told that you’re great. Due to the volatile nature of the disorder it’s likely that the hallucinations that were friendly would end up being warped over time and you’d be more likely to trust them when they whisper horrific things.

That's another thing that gets me about being trans, by the way. If "gender dysphoria" is about consciously feeling like the opposite gender, why are you so conscious of it? Like, why wouldn't it be fairly obvious to everyone, not just you?

Let’s pretend “gender dysphoria” isn’t a mental illness but rather a symptom, The high prevalence of serious mental disorders plus autism makes this highly likely anyway. Would TRAs accept this and finally get real help? Doubtful, but maybe it’s give them access to psych help without them screaming genocide. this would only cover the ones who ‘feel dysphoric’ of course. Those without it who simply chase the ‘euphoria high’ aka boner definitely shouldn’t be given hormones or the chop (although it’s satisfying seeing them lose their ability to coom). Ultimately these are people, and it’d be far better to actually help them before the narcissism swallows them whole.

If surgery can’t fit body dysmorphia, and surgery for BIID is unethical, why is trans an exception. My tinfoil head says that there’s something truly sinister behind all of this.
