SCP Foundation - Creepypasta with roid rage - now ITT: SCP fans

Hey, quick aside to you staff dudes. We know you're here. Maybe clean your act up?

They are apparently putting effort into finding more teenagers to induct into the Staff Cult Program as we speak, so they're hard at work doing the opposite!

You'd think an 'appetite discussion' would be something had in, say, #site67 where all staff above junior are expected to be present for casual or official discussion. Or maybe one of their numerous admins-only or staff-only Discord channels, or their clique sidechannels like #Rogetbox, or anywhere else that they discuss the large majority of random plans and ideas. But no, this topic gets to be one of their 05command stageplays where they all act like they've never exchanged words about it before their 05 posts.

The main red flag is this: In general, most junior staff seem to be minors age 15-17 -- and Soulless now wants more of them on staff when staff is still full of older creeps. Most people know about the SCP Foundation as teenagers and either lie about their age because it's the internet, or have to wait until they're 15 to actually join. This means that a user who joins at 15 or 16 can behave well on the site, show that they have something of use to staff (ability to critique, technical knowledge, etc.), and join a team as junior staff all within a few months of joining the site. Once they're on staff, they are going to stick to social circles and behavior that they know are approved of by staff, and they are going to believe whatever staff's side is about predators in the community (which is probably something like "we ban them and they lie about us in return").

So now there's a drive to collect more teenagers for staff to talk to and befriend and 'work' with, and we know what that means at this point. Ugh.

While there's no age poll of staff specifically to show the demographic pattern, these charts from community survey results show the overall community's (not just the wiki userbase's) age statistics. The SCP community is always around half-comprised of 15-19-year-olds and alarmingly, it seems to now be getting a heavier percentage of that age range each year EDIT: someone found the unreleased results and it was 48 percent this time. This is the age range getting preyed on the most in the community, it seems, and it's also the 'excited new user who wants to be staff when they're older' age.

2014 results
48 percent 15-19

2014.jpg

2016 results
47 percent 15-19

2016.jpg

2017 results
50 percent 15-19

2017.jpg

2018 results
54 percent 15-19

EDIT: "2019" results (the survey was actually conducted at the beginning of 2020 because they procrastinate each year)
48 percent

2019.jpg

(Looks like they haven't done anything with the 2019 survey yet. I know I wasn't the only person who submitted an opinionated statement about admins in the text answer section -- can't imagine why they're waiting to release the results, damn! EDIT: One of my friends managed to find the sandbox page where they're sorting through the results. [archive link] The keysmash URL is funny because page creators choose URLs in Wikidot, so they didn't want people to guess it and chose random shit, I suppose. Right now it looks like one junior staffer is doing all the work -- I remember those days.)

I'm starting to think their 'end goal' is to do nothing as long as possible in an attempt to make someone snap and do something against staff that legally constitutes harassment. Then Mann could have a lawyer send a cease-and-desist letter, after which he could make a public record of the situation since it 'got bad enough', and from that point forward paint staff as innocent people under fire from ~evil banned authors and evil kiwifarms~ and evil whoever else.

But who knows! It's all about accountability after all

I don’t think that anyone actually wants the SCP Wiki to be shut down or for 13 years of artistic history to be lost. I definitely don’t. Ideally, all the toxic, abusive, and/or predatory people in the community will be kicked out or genuinely put in the effort to change. It’s always great to see the latter, but in the end we’re going to need a lot more of the former.

It's too late to save it and the content has mostly been vandalized. It should have been hard forked back in 2015 or so.

We will ruin their lives. If we try this shit we spread this far and wide and we make sure they're out on the streets or being raped in prison. I will not settle for letting these people have lives anymore, I want them either dead or suffering. Pedophiles do not deserve mercy.

Christ, this is absolutely vile. How long were you in the server for if I may ask?

Oh yeah, this is a known fact. All of the worst shit that happens in the SCP community hits people under the LGBT umbrella much harder and much worse than it hits anyone else. Not just the abusive sexual shit, but petty drama too. It’s ironic, but it’s what happens when you base your sense of justice around nothing more than maintaining a clean image.
About a year.

I think you need to take a break, man. This isn't the Internet Vigilante Farms; this is a site about documenting internet drama, not going on e-crusades, no matter how noble their intentions. If you're coming onto this site filled with anger and trying to affect social change instead of because you're bored and want to gawk at an idiot/shitpost in A&N, you're not going to have a good time.

I apologize, I'm just emotional because I've heard a lot from my online friends about how they were abused by important SCP authors and harassed by the mods. I'm documenting victim testimonials offline and there's just a whole lotta absolutely rancid shit they do that I cannot reveal here due to privacy concerns.

Just do what we do best, archive. Remember what happened with Kero.

There's nothing to apologize for; it's fine to be angry about this kind of emotional manipulation of kids and teens and the use of them to get some pervert's rocks off. Just don't bring that anger here, because that's like the third-most common way threads get ruined (the other two being "dissolves into cultist w.in.ery" and "content dries up").

Guys, I have some great news. It’s not a confirmation that it’ll come through, but it is confirmed this much-

Me and Baubius have gotten in contact off site, and he has a certain anon friend (who asked to be censored out of respect), who has a 20 Dollar Patreon donation for Deadwing Dork. He’s going to message him the thread and the whole rundown on what the fuck is going on, and potentially set up a stream if this all plays out like a miracle.

Remember how I said we needed a voice to our files and threads? If this pulls through, Boom-Shakalaka, we have Deadwing Dork (Who has a very good relationship with KiwiFarms) to help spread the word and look over our evidence since back from 2017 when this thread started.

Thank you Baub-friend Anon for giving us this opportunity, and thanks @Baubius for the cap over DMs.

EDIT: Also, now that I think about it, if anyone on stream gets interested, we could have more people find and look at stuff we might not have covered. So that’s a neat little after effect.

Dunno what kinch is so scared about, this is mainly an issue with SCP staff and their inner circle. I doubt any other writers would be affected by these things that are recently transpiring, specially them who seem to be highly regarded.

Unless you have something to hide.

You say as you prove her point.
Joking aside, does she. I wouldn’t be surprised, but I sincerely doubt it. I’m also curious, could you cap the rest of the comments on her tweet?

Nothing as interesting as those two previous tweets but here:

Now what follows will be some sperging about this thread being all about cyberstalking her and yadda yadda yadda. However I don't think I've seen any other SCP Writer posting something like this.

That's a great start about the video -- thank you guys for getting your foot in the door there.

I will say that over the years, I have never heard of an SCP fan being sexually interested in Kinch or vice versa. I also never saw Kinch in any NSFW spaces. When I recall a few times that she voiced opinions about sexual content on the wiki over the years, I can only remember negative commentary or downvotes. Basically I always got the vibe that she really hated the sex side of the community. Unless that's a cleverly maintained public image that isn't indicative of her real behavior, I highly doubt she herself is sexually predatory -- I suspect she just wants sympathy from the leftists in the SCP community for being ~targeted by kiwifarms~, not to cover anything up. I might be wrong though, can't know for sure.

Edit: Someone mentioned to me that she's been generally 'sex-negative' for a long time, and that she follows/supports former porn actors who speak out about abuse in the industry, so I think she's being genuine about it.

If this results in a funny stream that busts open some of their attempts to hide how fucking awful they are, the reeeing would be worth it IMO.

But then I think pedos should be sent to Uruguay to be beaten to death by the peasants. It gives them employment and it removes a stain on the world.

You just gonna leave those cannibal warlords in Liberia hanging, homie? They’d love to end some creeps.

Now hold on a minute,

This threads most recent posts have been about subtltea. So then she’s not referring to Kiwifarms, because it’s a pretty recent topic, thereby hard to miss.

So then who IS she talking about? I don’t doubt she just might be stirring the pot for no reason, but I feel she would’ve immediately pointed the finger at us before tearing us down. She’s upfront and very much so abrasive when she wants to be. So why then now of all times is she being secretive, and not knowing information our thread has?

We might have a 3rd party, ladies and gentlemen.

Knowing Kinch thus far, I'd say she's talking about RPC.
