I don't have much to say on this topic, so I'll just post my opinion on sex as a whole.

As long as you're keeping it hetero, no one's roleplaying as a kid or some shit, no one's taking it up the ass and you're clean, then you're fine.

I feel like there is no relationship dynamic that would make you happy. I don't know what happened, but thats pretty sad to be honest.

Are those the two only options though? These are the extremes and I would agree that they are toxic and not good. My relationships and the ones of friends around me have been pretty normal and good for both sides. You seem to assume that every guy just wants to exploit women and take advantage of them. I don't disagree with you that there are men like that, but I really don't think that it is the majority. Same with the argument that women just want to fuck over men and take their money. This is equally false.
You just look at the extremes and are blind to the majority of normal relationships.
