Excellent write up. I'm a little confused because the charges seem identical to the previous court case. We already knew about the dog handjobs, for instance. I'm surprised that this is happening, and almost wonder if it is a clerical error of some sort - but he was certainly served on May 7th, so I'm kind of at a loss.
I have no reason to believe it's an error due to being served and having entirely separate court dates. I just have to assume he just so happened to get caught committing the same abuse to another dog, and distributing that. His mother seems to not believe the charges against Sean, so I see no reason why she wouldn't allow him a dog even if it was against court order or some shit since she seems to spoil him rotten. We didn't hear previously that he allowed another individual to assault a dog he possessed, for example. But again, they were very tight-lipped on his previous charges so it really makes me wonder if they're that different and he just got caught again through being retarded and bragging online, one his of favorite pastimes.

Truthfully it's shocking she hasn't been, but she's also employed by the government and well liked by the community. Take that as you will. But, I find there to be no way she didn't know what was happening. Maybe she didn't know the extent when he lived alone, but come on. There's no excuse now. He admitted shortly after his first release to drawing pornography in her presence! He was still trying to hoard small corpses this time, too, instead of a mixture of all sorts. Where was that happening that she couldn't have noticed?
Well if she let him become into the monster he is now then I don't see that happening. It should happen though, but then he would just go around killing squirrels and other small animals and hump their dead bodies.

The motivation for these sorta crimes outside of plain ol' sexual deviancy is seeking a sense of power and control. With the court case looming he's probably never felt so out of control and powerless therefore etc etc.
Is there such a thing as "accessory to dog fucking freak"? If so, and if she provided this freak with an animal, I hope she gets charged with that.
I knew (and hated) a guy who was out on bail while on trial for statutory rape (he was in his forties, she was 13) and DURING TRIAL the guy was caught with another 13 year old. I don't recall how long he went away for. It was either 20 or 30 years. Fucker.
Reminds me of the thread in A&N recently with a teacher who molested 2 kids, the second of them while she was awaiting trial for the first molestation.
