I don’t think Nina Infinity likes Sean very much
All these people are assmad because they think, in losing Nick, they are losing a big grifting partner. None of this is based on friendship or loyalty. It's a transactional thing for them. They're trying to paint Sean as the bad guy in not wanting that transactional thing like they do. They don't understand the concept of not wanting to be around somebody because they are a bad person and treat you badly (as Nick treated Sean).

What they don't realize is the "Rekieta Boost" stopped being a thing many months ago. He's almost unwatchable now (as I'm sure you've noticed). Nick simply ain't gonna destroy Eric July for EVS, for example.

Nina's case is particularly retarded because Nick shilled her cosplay calendar back when he still had an audience. Nobody wanted it because she's fucking ugly. I don't think God himself could sell that shit.

Let us not be too hasty in latching on to a 'new based lawyer'... 'Remember the Balldo', Kiwis... Or in the Latin: 'memento balldocus'...

Sean has his own failings. For example, in a stream with Legal Mindset, they discussed Nick's 'defamation of LM.

The claim is much overblown based on statements from this clip that are clearly jokes about being cross-eyed and club footed.

Sean may be a Kiwi, but he is a servant of the grift and forever tainted by it.

I like sean's views on the government but he goes off on the treatment of minorities a lot.

Sean may have gotten a little over his skis on this one but after Barnes's comments I have almost no doubt Nick was making the same implication with the "girls bathroom and boys bathroom" comment.

Also, Sean had a pretty large stream covering the judge in the Young Thug trial holding one of the lawyers in contempt because he heard that the judge and prosecution had a meeting with a witness without defense counsel. I think during the livestream he had around 500 people watching and plenty of superchats. I look forward to Nick covering this next week and saying how that judge is actually a smarter judge than Fischer.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I see this failing as pre-courser to cow bahaviour. In a normal person, I could excuse it as you do, but Sean is a self-professed Farmer.

He knows better.

He has done well, but he needs to be careful.

Another rare Sean:

From tonight's stream:
Will edit in a timestamp when it's finished up, about 41-42 minutes in from start.

Sean got his second Community Guidelines violation in 90 days on YouTube last night. The most likely reason was for showing a video with several 13 year-old black kids in Chicago handling modified pistols.

From the Child safety policy:

While none of the teens fired the guns, there was no adult supervision of the handling of the firearms.

His first violation was for showing a video of an accidental discharge of a firearm.

It is unclear if these violations are for the same policy, which affects whether they are warnings or if the channel has a strike.

46:52 timestamp for the offending content

It's weird that they got him for this, I remember him showing that particular clip a number of times on previous livestreams and nothing happening.

Sean has said he did wrestling in the past. It would be a shame if they had an MMA match and there was an accident.

I think the issue is thinking Sean doesn’t have a relationship with Rekieta. I think prior to the “WHAT DOES THE KIWIFARMS THINK, SEAN” he probably was going to keep Balldo guarding by ignoring shit if he could.

I think both Legal Mindset and Sean are in the camp of wanting Rekieta to get help, but they aren’t going to sugar coat it. Sean is a shitposter, but he is a practicing criminal defense attorney. How he views Rekieta is a mix between fallen friend and a retard he’s defended before.

I am cautious. I cannot guess what is in his head--and it is not fair to Sean to try to do so. All I can do is base my opinions upon his words and actions.

Will that exclude some logical deductions that could be made? Yes. However, it will also keep us firmly in the realm of facts--even if autistically so.

Sean has said he considers Nick an online friend, and he appreciates the bounce his channel got. But realistically, Sean is reaping more of a bounce from Nick being a dumpster fire than he did from paneling on Nick's channel. That said, Nick isn't his friend, and he's seen people go down this road. It doesn't end well.

Also of note, Sean hasn't gone back on the Balldo channel since Nick yelled at him. To Sean, that was an odd incident, and not something he needs in his life on the regular, but it wasn't even the worst berating he's had. Sean has now said, he would not go on the Balldo channel again (assuming no course correction, I think that was either on LM's channel or the KC).

That said, Sean's still had some red flags. Allowing Vito in his chat, going on Ralph's "world-famous" Killstream, continuing to talk about guns on youtube (and earning a channel strike and a content strike), etc.
