We represent the general range and sentiment of the “A&N” posters, and I believe any staff should be comprised of people who are not hostile to the users they are moderating.

Anyone else-whether it be hulk or whoever, is simply too removed from the sentiments, passions, and interests of the actual A&N users.

What'd put this argument to bed in a hurry would be to know who exactly is doing the complaining in a transparent manner. It'd also allow for the conversation around the issue to continue in a more honest and productive manner. I don't think many people would have as much a problem, including myself, with discussing more moderation if we knew it wasn't just people of a certain political bent complaining about it.

But that doesn't happen. Even though it doesn't take a genius to know harassing people on the forum is already a violation of a basic rule in nearly any online community including this one.

One pet peeve for the chosen despot to fix with everything else- when people come into a thread about a current event and post stupid bullshit from 4chan that has been disproven again and again. There's definitely grumbling from libtard users between themselves but I don't think that matters to anybody. I know there's a solid trickle of 'waaah he's revenge rating me' reports from retard A&H regulars but that's probably white noise at this point. I think Null just shows up once every few months when a current event is interesting enough to him that he actually wants to discuss it and he's immediately repulsed and disgusted by the seething mindless hugbox of autistic retards that he sees.

Remember that Null is an 5'4 madboy with oppositional defiance disorder, not a political partisan. He was a card-carrying democrat until he got kicked out for saying the gamer word too many times, and he was an avid poster on /thedonald until he got kicked out for momentarily withdrawing his tongue from Trump's anus.

Tell the people who keep whining about A&H to go fuck themselves or get banned for spamming staff, and ban people who get too serious about politics, or go too in-depth/off topic about politics on other areas of the site - and leave things as they are otherwise.

Null recommended stickying a post on there of websites A&N could go to if they don't like it.

Oh I know Null's not a political partisan. I'm just saying actually knowing where all of this alleged complaining is coming from would help ease suspicions that it's politically motivated. And of course if it were to be transparent anyone harassing or otherwise antagonizing the users doing it should be punished in some form or fashion as that's not the point, the point would be to show that yes there's a problem and no it isn't political so that people can discuss moderation of A&H without thinking it'll result in A&H turning into CSPAM from SA.

Oh I agree wholeheartedly. But I think the answer to that is to use the warning system to let people know to put users that make them go off like a screeching autist being held down and recorded on ignore or just rate and move on instead of behaving that way. If after a warning a user continues to do it, ban them for a month or something similar.
