Selecting a Despot for the Autism Thunderdome

I was going to go through the highlights to see if anyone suggested this already, but I'm too pressed for time so I'm going to just post it anyway. I'm new here, obviously, and especially new to the Autistic Thunderdome. Sorry if I misunderstood the OP and Deep Thoughts isn't part of this whole discussion, but it's the focus of my criticism because it's the only of the three AT boards I've posted in. Threads like this and this shouldn't exist. There are an absurd number of threads like these, and they provide nothing of value to anyone. If the description of Deep Thoughts is genuine and not a joke I just don't get, then any future moderation should also include a degree of quality control to keep threads like these from existing. Furthermore, there are a lot of threads that have incredibly little actual content in the OP. In these the title is usually some question, and the description is just a single sentence or a even just a few words. So I'd like to see a minimum amount of sentences required for every OP. Three at the very least.

Respectfully disagree, but I still love you.

Deep Thots is a comfy grotto for Thunderdomers to stop and reflect on the bigger picture in the company of similarly inclined folk. Dismantling DT and throwing the remains into GD would just make GD and the Thunderdome slightly worse.

It’s worth a shot though. I really don’t think “No going off the deep end and using the boards to advocate for your beliefs and views and theories” is that much of a gargantuan guideline to adhere to. Exiles are biggest issue with the Dome, and I’ll stand by that.

I think it’s a lost cause, You would either have to ban people individually who are the biggest spergs and contribute to the worst parts of A&H or remove the entire boards altogether, If you despise these boards as much as you say and it’s user base will just find another online outlet to crap up than what have you got to lose? It’s an autist magnet that can’t be saved so why not just cut your losses and nuke the whole thing entirely or have it dumped in spergatory where people can shit it up as much as they want? It’s the only way I feel.

Simple answer. Anyone who posts in A&H has their avatar locked as a funny image. A randomly selected Soyjack maybe. Any rule breaking outside of their containment results in permanent ban. Any janny found to not be containing their ear-marked cattle will be punished accordingly.

Any who enter and post must be branded. Any political sperging is death.
