damn, its been a time since this thread was hot, what an update. A new favorite moment of mine is when they rolled into the White Castle drive-through with no money. Rev was broke, but regaling the staff about how they were aspiring mukbangers while Shanny had to send him the money to pay. Way to shit up the drive through line. Also I don't know how mukbangs work with missing teeth and blackened craters in others. I hope mushy carrot baby food mukbangs are in the future.

not the one you were responding to, but I've gone in and cleaned up elderly patients' homes (think dementia cases, limited mobility, etc) and it gets real dark. I had to rig up a scrubber to a drill driver one time to remove FIVE years of calcium/skin/hair buildup off a tub because the client never cleaned the bathroom in the entire time he lived there. You could literally see where his feet went on the tub and the three steps he took to spin around, he carved a path through it. I asked if he was okay living like that, he said sometimes he stepped outside the lines and it hurt his feet. Severe cognitive decline.

Someone else had to rip up the carpets because he had a dog he couldn't walk at night because he couldn't see in the dark. Animals and kids are always the hardest part, the bodily fluids are gross and all but you can wash most of that off. Knowing kids and animals were walking around barefoot in this shit fucks me up a bit but it can get worse - and it will get worse. There haven't been any real consequences and people like this don't care. I'll give mentally ill people/disabled and the elderly a pass on this shit because they're not all there, but these two are just lazy disgusting cunts that think they're literally too good to get off the bed and piss in a pot.

Rate me MOTI but fuck I hope someone intervenes on behalf of these children. If two adults choose to live that way that's one thing but kids shouldn't have to. Fuck.

Those poor animals. And of course they'd be the type to have a single guinea pig. I know most people dislike them but they are timid little animals and would be insanely stressed out in the car with lots of noise. The also hate being alone. They pine and die of loneliness. It is illegal in parts of Europe to keep a single one alone as they get so unhappy.

Shanny has been a personal cow of mine for years. This thread does not even scratch the surface of the amount of white trash that is her internet career. How her first marriage ended, fun times with Brett Keane, the G-man saga, just the fact that some how some way she still has a Youtube channel despite the amount cancel-worthy shit she has repeatedly done. They both deserve this to be as humiliating and drawn out as possible. Really hope those kids get taken soon.

PL with regards to the eviction process below:

I work for a property management company handling the accounts and do the paperwork and legal legwork of working with our lawyer for evictions. First - the eviction doesn't go through as soon as the notice expires. OH NO. A tenant who has not paid up and not vacated at the end of the 10 days (14 for my state) is JUST the beginning of an often lengthy and exhausting legal battle. While COVID has prevented the eviction of all section 8 tenants who are behind, regular old scumbags like Shanny and Rev are at the mercy of their local jurisdictions.

In a perfect world, their landlord would send them the 10 day notice served by a sheriff after the first 2 weeks - 2 months of nonpayment. At the end of the 10 days, the notice goes to the landlord's lawyer who files for a court summons. A trial date is set and Shanny and Rev would again be served by the sheriff. If they didn't show up, the judge would grant an execution (which can sit on their desks unsigned for days to weeks) and then they would be served again and told that they have a day or two to vacate the premise or be physically forced out by the landlord with the sheriff and a locksmith. That is where they were at when they fled the apartment.

At best you're looking at weeks with repeated notice of the eviction in process but if Shanny and Rev decided to fight the eviction, this could have dragged on for months. They could claim all sorts of issues with the apartment in order to cause a need for more hearings to be scheduled. Even things they themselves caused like a bug or rat infestation and further contributed to by leaving trash around and refusing to let any exterminators in to deal with the problem. They may have even been awarded money off their balance if the judge had any sympathy for them. They could go on a payment plan in mediation and pay for a little while before blowing their landlord off causing them to have to be served and brought back to court all over again. Because of COVID and the courts in most places being closed for months, getting a hearing right now takes a little longer than usual and there is a greater pressure on landlords to work things out and try to recoup their losses instead of following through with the eviction.

At any point, they could have paid up and avoided the eviction. They could have worked things out and paid a little more each month until the balance was satisfied in order to keep their house. A landlord renting at $3,000/month isn't going to wait around to start the eviction process as long as courts are open so I'm guessing Shanny and Rev gave them a hard time and spent months doing fuck all in order to get kicked out with a balance as high as theirs.

To add onto the eviction process the courts in some states are almost a year until you case can be heard cause of covid. Courts are not allowed in certain states to start any evictions regardless of section 8/tra status. Come 7/1 when many states open evictions its gonna be insane.

To give an idea of what tenants will do. Had one with a baby smear feces from the baby diapers on every surface of the house after abandoning all furniture and smearing it on that knowing we are required here to hold all abandoned property for 30 days. Came to find out about a monther later after we had the apartment deep cleaned and sanitized that they had also flushed diapers down the toilet and clogged the mainline so bad they had to cut in and replace the pipe to fix it.

I’ve encountered things like actual green mold growing on every surface of the unit - like, fuzzy green mold. And one unit that turned into a months-long squatters’ rights saga that involved the utilities being turned off for non-payment, so when we finally went in, there were buckets of human waste everywhere. And the Bees Unit - those folks never opened their patio storage closet because it was basically one giant beehive and they never thought to tell us.

But then there are times when you find more fun things, like the old lady successfully raising full-sized adult chickens on her 6x6 ft patio.

ETA: that’s nothing compared to foreclosed homes. When I got into house-flipping, we regularly encountered drains full of concrete, spray-painTed walls, buckets of house paint poured on the carpets, etc. in homes bought at foreclosure auctions.
