Curious to hear other people's thoughts and things you noticed that others may have missed.


One of the things that really popped out to me is when Putin talked about Zelensky being jewish and Tucker quickly interrupting and redirecting the conversation. I wanted to link the time stamp, but unfortunately in trying to get it, I lost the moment in the interview.

I can't sit through 2 hours of Russian Boomer Soviet LARP propaganda. I imagine Putin will just go on about Ukrainian Nazis. Probably put his blue hair wig and his problem glasses. Some lame justifications for the Boomer Soviet LARP land grab he started. He should really stop getting plastic surgery. He looks like one of those weird women that gets way too much shit injected in their face.

It was during a discussion of Banderites/hohol Neo Nazis, and Zelensky clapping for a hohol SS Nazi in the Canadian parliament that would have iced Z-man and all of his family without a second thought and the US/UK trying memoryhole they fought to kill, together, people like Jaroslav Hunka.

People have, indeed, genuinely gotten dumber over the last 8 years if they actually believe any of the words coming out of Vladimir Putin of all people. Carlson is the same breed of contrarian western vatnik faggot as CRP, Cernovich, and Jackson Hinkle, supposed American conservative hyper-"patriots" who'll bend the knee and suck Putin's cock to pwn the libz.

Putin's entire history lesson is a bullshit justification that would basically give Russia the right to conquer Alaska, and Spain and Portugal the right to own the Americas again if applied universally. He intentionally omits the agency of the Ukrainian people as a way to pin Ukraine's refusal to be conquered as being some kind of mind trick played upon them by western forces thousands of miles away.

It's the same Soviet memberberries LARP bullshit from one of the most evil men in modern history that has unfortunately became the new banner for all conservative internet grifters to unite under, because contrarianism is the only way their brains can function. They have to reflexively oppose everything the libs support, even if they initially supported Ukraine when the war broke out.

If you want to know exactly why Obama won by so much, it wasn't just the ObamaMania, it was also thanks in no small part to McCain tying this brainless millstone of a woman around his neck.

There's so many posts about how the "MSM" is "quaking in their boots" from RW twitter over this supposedly groundbreaking interview, as if Putin's some kind of hyper-censored obscure figure, and not the Head of State of the largest country in the world, with full access to his country's media networks. All this fanfare for a 2 hour history lesson with talking points you've already heard from every other Russian sympathizer on the airwaves. Feh.

Yeah, I just found it very interesting how Tucker Carlson was very patient, and rarely interrupted, but the moment he heard the word "jew" he instantly interrupted. It's 10 seconds before the first full hour ends btw, for anyone that wants to watch that moment.

I like Tucker Carlson on a personal level but he has a very establishment background and lives in that milieu; he's in no way siding with Putin or anything close to it. He has a very pragmatic and practical approach to politics: is it good for the US? Is it good for me and my family? If the answer is yes then he's for it. He doesn't believe the US should be subsidizing the Ukraine and its war with Russia. That's it.

I think he was trying to head off any mention of jew meddling in Ukraine, and by that I mean the funding and push towards extremism by jews like Kolomosky. That would lead to uncomfortable discussions of jewish/Israeli meddling in the US. Putin tells him it was a "subtle, and pesky" question. Then it turns to "denazification" and how Putin intends to accomplish it.

Putin deftly avoids answering that too, because the only answer is to destroy the current regime and leave the Ukraine incapable of being a threat again. How he intends to do it is also unanswered.

Nothing you haven't heard before, Tucker is mostly there to throw softball questions and nod in agreement.
The only purpose for this I can think of is simply laundering Kremlin propaganda for Western audience, it's otherwise utterly pointless.

Besides what the dude said, to my knowledge, he was just some errand boy, essentially. Not some kind of super spy, or a "real deal" as you say. The fact that the EU was talking about wanting to sanction Tucker Carlson was a pretty interesting sideshow.

Unless he accepted money for this, becoming de-facto Kremlin's propaganda tool, they have no case. It was boring, partially Tucker's fault for broad questions but Putin yapped and yapped about nothing relevant, as Tucker pointed out several times to his credit.

He's obviously not throwing softball questions or acting as a propagandist, he's just not a great interviewer. Putin isn't interested in answering concisely anyway.

it was interesting. It definitely won't convince anyone who is of the mindset of "PUTIN = HITLER + VOLDEMORT HE KILL PEOPLE BECAUSE HE EVIL" as they won't even watch in the first place but the long form info dump appeals to autists like me. But I don't think putin is really trying to convince anyone and was just just giving a lecture explaining how it's gonna be with him, putin seems done with the west.

In all though as interesting and appealing I found it, if there was some greater purpose to the interview I think they wasted their time. The lore dump maybe was a nice russian history lesson (and I think putin deliberately bullshitted about poland a lot) but again the only people watching it that would be swayed by it already have pro-russian attitudes or at least don't give a shit about ukraine anyways.
