Shaving your Face - without shaving your wallet

Who even bothers shave-shaving anymore?
Like every weekend or so I use an adjustable length trimmer to maintain a tasteful level of stubble. No need for products or changing blades, just a little oil to keep the trimmer running.

I've known multiple other dudes who insisted to me that they wouldn't look good with some scruff, and every single one has come around at this point. There's nothing that punches up a man's appearance quite like some tactical stubble.

I just don't understand shaving unless a person really can't grow full facial hair: why work harder to look less good? It seems like an old man habit.
because I don't want to look like the neckbeard meme

I've been happy with my safety razor. I 3d printed a blade dispenser that has a used blades bin. when that gets full I'll toss it then 3d print a higher quality one.

Switching to the old school safety razor was one of the best decisions i've ever made. I'm saving so much cash with that. Costs cents to replace the razor and i get a clean shave everytime.

Any of you niggers use a leaf
Yeah I bought one a while ago and I've been liking it so far, found it easier to shave with than the Gillette safety razor using the same blades, the leaf blades it came with sucked, and it's easy enough to snip replacement blades in half with scissors, 3 blades have lasted me ages as 2 sets for it.

In a related topic, my second batch of homemade shave oil is still working well, it mixes too readily with water still tho so I may need to increase the amount of carrier oil, or look at a thickener. Using only 4-5mm per shave means it lasts fucking ages tho lol
