Pandering to SJWs is like stepdancing on a minefield. You will slip up and offend someone with some minute detail you said - or they think you said - and you're toast.
At no point will you earn the benefit of the doubt, the more you pander, the more scrutiny you receive and the easier it gets for someone to point a finger and call you out for some stupid shit. Your only way out is pandering even more, now the Twitter Crybully-Mob will demand black representation in the writer's room and some lucky black women will get to work on that show with their only qualification being their skin color. They'll be beyond criticism (well, that'll help out the show to deflect criticism some more), but ultimately, it'll just stall everything until we reach the next point where someone on the staff says something stupid and suddenly we need muslim representation or someone from the alphabet-soup... until we get to our next little outrage over something silly...
The only winning move is not to play. The sooner content creators realize that, the sooner we can get back to entertainment that is actually trying to be entertaining first and foremost and leave behind this age of moral grandstanding and media that tries to panhandle ideologies.

Seeing dumbasses cry on Twitter about their 'safe space being destroyed' really made my day. How are these people surviving in the real world? They're crying about Noelle babying one of her proclaimed autistic characters as a baby because it shows how "disabled people need to be babied all the time", yet they act the same way towards poor black people seeing "microaggression" and "anti-blackness" through their "oh I'm so oppressed" lenses. Hypocritical much?

This seems to be a recurring thing where the more you pander to the woke crowd the more aggressive they get towards you to the point where they eventually will find any offense (real or imagined) as a reason to attack and harass you. So many times this happens and yet nobody ever seems to learn.

I like how when they "cancel" someone for having an opinion, the thread almost becomes like-an interrogation. They're all like: "dId yoU or dId YoU nOt bE (insert racist/homophobic/transphobic, just literally anything to "cancel" someone for here)."
Another thing I find hilariously ironic is when they're telling them to "stop telling others how to feel" yet, they're the ones forcing their opinions (while also being white libtards) on people. Some may argue that that's ok because they're enforcing "non-racist opinions" but as we saw earlier, not every POC is actually on board with this whole thing-some totally think it's stupid.
