His rage is insaneeeeeeee, like I never seen someone who looks like they're taking literal irl health damage from a game till now. This spongebob game is just causing passive health loss if he was game character. :story:
 
even if i discovered my wife was cheating on me i don't think i would have as much emotion and rage as this man has from messing up a trick in a spongebob game

Most of the time I'm okay with the muted mic. My brain auto inserts all of his "COME ON DUDE!" and "ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!?" But this is one time mute strat has completely felted us. I NEED to know what insane-o noises he's making here

It's the unfortunate part although I did enjoy seeing him light up red in a matter of seconds like he was ready to guide Santa Claus.
 
He's live right now. I figured I'd tune in and give him a go. Holy crap he is such a sourpuss. He hasn't said a word in the half hour I've watched save for one very reluctant thanks to some guy for Prime subbing. He spent several minutes practicing one little jump, rolling his eyes and scowling every time he got it wrong, gradually increasing in shaking rage the entire time. He looks like a retail worker who's heard the 'no price, must be free' joke too many times in one day.

Most of the subs he gets when he gets records are celebratory gift subs that are usually just one-time deals.

Correct.

Looking at his last 2 world records on June 15 he got roughly 200 subs from getting it boosting him from 985 to 1158 after the record.

If you look at his record August 20 he started the run with 775 and ended the run with a whopping 776 subscribers.

Both these numbers are from the youtube highlights and include about 30 minutes of random chatter at the end.

New record, no crazy freak outs as of late. He also doesn't stream as long as he did even a week ago and his vods are members only on YouTube. Maybe if he starts freaking out more I'll pay for membership to get more clips.
 
He has been playing a lot less recently. No idea why, I don't bother watching the streams anymore.

His views are way down, too. It says he has been active 89/90 days (furthest back it goes lmao) so I guess he missed a stream recently?
Is he giving up? Perhaps the lithium is working?
New spongebob game comes out in a bit over a month and he said he isn't going to play it if he doesn't have a 38 (so shaving 40 seconds off his own current WR). On the other hand, he has also said that he is afraid if he does not speedrun the new game then people won't take the game seriously (as a speed game). So maybe he will, but if I were a betting man I'd wager he will spend the next two months mutedly screaming at Larry and Mrs Puff.

I had the opportunity to watch one of his streams recently when it didn't start in the middle of the night and he said that 'the trolls' are making him stream less although he's playing off-stream. I haven't heard of any long rants about trolls which usually they will set him off. The youtube clip channels haven't uploaded in months so I don't know how in the last few months the trolling has gotten worse.

of course, everyone else takes every spongebob game release of the past 5 years very seriously because shift has played it. I'm trying to get my child into the patrick star game in order for them to get a scholarship.
