I severely miss February 2019 SHiFT when I first found him or began fully watching his streams and being more involved with the bfbb community. His meme streams around Christmas were always something to look forward to, it was so chill. It was one of the last times I was truly hyped and on-board for a modern game, (remake) and honestly rehydrated was so worth the wait even if it didn't include EVERY detail I wanted.

The first red flags was the way I got banned in the BFBB discord in 2020, I was a dumb teenager but it was unwarranted and had to do with outside drama or a jannies personal feelings against me, I spent a while trying to figure it out from other jannies and even they didn't know why. Around that time I found his alogger community, but never got involved beyond speaking to ideac whom I thought was rational. Then he started sharing porn and stuff on his server when I was still a minor and most people there were too instead of discussing shift/his community, so I left. The way some of these BFBB fags ostracize people and alienate them is so gay and reminds me of the melee community but less severe. And of course there are troons and such.

i agree with this i liked shift cause this game always had a sentimental value to me growing up and reading all this now and seeing him turn into this is kinda upsetting to see honestly

Also, got this clip from his stream a few days ago, he rants about older drama + responding to his detractors video titles. Honestly, he did it pretty well.

i have about 10 minutes of clips from tonight alone, but its mostly him screaming, ill throw something together if i feel like to tomorrow
if we are going to be clipping him going forward i strongly suggest using content cuck watermarks like the word "nigger" its an ancient curse word that forbids clippers from actually using your clips to make money on youtube, no idea what it actually means though.

I’m mainly speaking of larger creators who will eventually find this place on the prowl for content during a slow week like saturated was.
The guy who made the boss man bot should really do a solid for the site as a whole and make some sort of optimization to automatically add a filter. It seems possible.
The low tier shift people would benefit from dumps of longer clips as alogging him is a part time job really. So much gets lost in the endless hours of undocumented kino.

Now you know a fraction of how I feel as a longtime fan. I can't even watch him anymore. He was one of my only reasons to even use Twitch. He helped bridge the gap between me and my dad's tastes and interests in speedruns. Too bad his alogs such as ideactive make him recoil at this "fan concern." And help drive him down the spiral. I genuinely wish the best for this guy despite his attitude. Wish he finished Dark Souls III or began DS1, something refreshing and chill again. Hell I'll take miserable Flyimg Dutchman meme streams with earrape again.

It is a tragedy. I want this man to be redeemed, or get help and cool down and heal. Badly. It's the one cow I care about but cannot intervene beyond my small fan interactions from the past.

Hoping I'm wrong but at this rate SHiFT is going to end up being one of the first streamers to suffer an aneurism on stream. He should look at this thread even though he is probably contemptuous or stays away from our side of the internet. This is actually depressing and its hard to just watch. And I've seen way worse cows. But its very personal to me. This man I admired crashed and burned into this depressive shell. That hurts like Hell. Being a fan and being this man; is Hell. It can't be forever though, hopefully. In the darkest shadows there exists the potential for light.

Notice the lack of goal sponges on the wall compared to last year. His subs and fans have basically left. Only holdouts now it seems, only being able to paste one to the wall. That says it all. And his face. He needs to overcome the cow repetition and just pack it up, "retire" like he always discussed with me and fans. Abandoning 100% runs to hyperfocus and overcorrect his Any% runs is where I notice that he completely fell off the rails. No downtime, he used to play old MW2 after his runs and had fun. It's no wonder his friends left him, the guy is fucking depressing.

Heavily feel this, I find myself more often watching SHiFTs streams than actual clip channels, I'm unironically rooting for him at this point given how much LTIDEAC stretches the truth on so many statements and being a bigger lolcow. SHiFT is without a doubt a lolcow because chat messages are enough to trigger him, but LTIDEAC is on a level of degeneracy that makes milking him so much more rewarding. What I'm saying is, SHiFT is great for milking explosive reactions, but he genuinely isn't hiding anything from us as far as I can tell, so I don't see the reason to burn him on the stake.
