Shit that reminds you that you’re getting old - Re: Fwd: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Fwd: Damn young’uns

In less than six months, you'll be able to officially say that there are people who were born after HL2 Episode 2's release date,
In a way I kinda miss Half-Life, the sheer volume of schizo lore speculation was unmatched. It was like Twin Peaks: The Return but nothing in games has hit that level of community since.

I saw an advertisement on Marketplace for some random 90s tat.

The listing title said "antique".
That's just retards being retards, or grifters trying to cash in on retarded nostalgia freaks. Everything older than a decade is called "antique" or "vintage" these days.

Among the sane and intelligent, something isn't generally considered antique until it's over 100 years old.

I'm getting annoyed at every company forcing you to be on their SMS/text message list even if all you did was make the mistake of calling for info.

Am I the only person who thinks texting is reserved for something between friends/family, not a marketing tool?

Counterintuitively, the more spam email/texts I get from a company, the less likely I am to use their product.
