Yeah, look up the story of the Avro Arrow. Although there is some truth to the fact that the Arrow project was infiltrated by Russian spies (and the MiG-25 was the result) the real reason for killing the project so completely was the American aerospace industry's paranoia. A.V. Roe Canada (Avro) was almost completely gutted as a result with most of the engineers going to NASA and working alongside ex-Nazi scientists to advance the American space program.

(As an interesting but entirely personal sideline, A. V. Roe was purchased by Hawker-Siddley and ended up hiring my father as a mechanical engineer, allowing him to completely take over a technology that Hawker-Siddley figured was non-viable so that when he quit Hawker-Siddley he ended up launching 2 companies based on this technology that H.S. abandoned and made himself pretty rich in the process!)

Also, Go JAXA!!! The more missions involving Mars, no matter how peripheral, the better. The more interest is raised in colonizing the Red Planet the better. I am praying to Gods I dont even believe in to live long enough to see a Mars colony be created and thrive.

Yeah, I have to agree with you on the Avro Arrow. I've only done some light reading so far and I can already feel the bullshit coming from all these official sources. It looks like a million bucks and seems like it would have been a hell of an interceptor, handled like a feather too, from what the test pilot said.

And hell yeah! The craft, Hayabusa2 left the asteroid Ryugu in November last year, if all goes to plan, it should arrive this December. I hope you and I and everyone live long enough to see a colony on Mars. I'm certain that we will set foot on Mars within our lifetimes, though I personally wouldn't mind some more attention going to the Jovian system too, Europa has some potential imo.

As someone who has worked for the modern dependent of Avro and HS, it hasn't changed one bit as far as general incompetence and self sabotage of projects .

We can basically buy our own JY action figures to entertain us when JY goes dark.

I remember that fucker giving me the ultra-creeps when I watched the (admittedly bad) movie. Yet, still, Yaniv manages to be much more worrisome. I'll buy a Yaniv action figure when I find a legitimate vodou practitioner and a bunch of very dull nails.

Not sure how much of a shit post but more of a morbid curiosity (before anyone gets on my ass, I searched the threads and forums for a dedicated discussion but haven't able to find any): Why isn't Johnny in jail?

Because there is a litany of screens aka evidence of him preying on young girls consistently. The only tangible thing we have right now is the weapons + assault charge. What about being a pedo charge? He and his vile birthgiver are caught committing perjury in court, why aren't they penalized? The nasty old hag was caught assaulting people on camera as well.

Are they just waiting for him to rape/murder someone at this point?

Yea, he says and does plenty of nasty shit to underage girls. I haven't followed Tampon Jon in a while, but there are a lot of perverted messages he'd send 13 year old girls. There are definitely screen caps of it, and people who gave interviews talking about it.

I mean, they waited several months before pursuing charges against him for assaulting a reporter, which happened on camera and got international attention.

The best explanation is that the canadian authorities are fucking cucks for social justice and they dont want to prosecute this poor trans woman. 🤷‍♀️

Dude. Nasty does not even begin to describe it. I read many (way too many) of them and I felt sick to my stomach and my skin was crawling. It was predatory, disgusting, pedophilic, and downright traumatizing. Fuck, he sexualized a NINE YEAR OLD.

He should at least be institutionalized, and I cannot for the life of me understand why the RCMP isn't doing anything, it's not like they aren't aware of who he is and what he gets up to.

They are not powerful or connected people and from everything on the farms and people exposing him all over the web, it seems like he has been engaged in illegal and predatory actions for at least a fucking decade! He was recently seen hanging out with a teen and sent teenagers child porn + masturbating on camera to a group of teenagers.

What is the end game here for the RCMP? I am getting autistically angry right now because the only explanation I have is they can't be bothered OR are waiting for him to rape/murder a few girls for them to charge him. I have given up hopes on the useless Canadian police doing something and instead am hoping for vigilante justice. Where are all the peeps saying they would hang/shoot a pedo? There are more than enough evidence to permanently resolve society of this cancer
