Shitty Ghostbusters Developer goes bankrupt three days after releasing game.

The Batman NES game was good, and I don't know if this would count, but from what I've heard the Ghostbusters 2009 game was also pretty decent.
The Batman game was made in a time when a high-quality mainstream game COULD be made in 8 months. And the 2009 Ghostbusters game didn't have the restriction of being made w/ a tie-in movie.
Although it's a little different than most here, one movie tie-in game I remember being of a higher quality was the SpongeBob Movie game. Then again that game had the benefit of working w/ a successful prior game's engine. Also I was 10 when I played it so I may not be remembering it all clearly.

As an aside, I find it interesting (and reassuring) that not every single movie has some shitty tie-in game now. Sure there was the occasional diamond in the rough but most of it was unrelenting shit. Guess marketing folks finally caught on that they were just wasting cash.

They still do. Just on IOS, now.
