Shocking video shows NYC subway passenger putting unhinged man in deadly chokehold - NEW SAINT FLOYD JUST DROPPED

A

Dramatic new video shows a straphanger taking matters into his own hands, pinning down an unhinged man in a deadly incident at a Manhattan subway station this week.

The 24-year-old passenger stepped in after the vagrant, identified by sources as Jordan Neely, 30, began going on an aggressive rant on a northbound F train Monday afternoon, according to police and a witness who took the video.

“He starts to make a speech,” freelance journalist Juan Alberto Vazquez said in Spanish during an interview Tuesday, referring to the disturbed man.

“He started screaming in an aggressive manner,” Vazquez told The Post. “He said he had no food, he had no drink, that he was tired and doesn’t care if he goes to jail. He started screaming all these things, took off his jacket, a black jacket that he had, and threw it on the ground.”

That’s when he said the straphanger came up behind Neely and took him to the ground in a chokehold — keeping him there for some 15 minutes, Vazquez said.

The approximately three minute and a half long video shot by Vazquez shows the blond subway-rider lying on the floor of the train with his arm wrapped around the man’s neck.

The train was stopped, with the doors opened, at the Broadway-Lafayette Street/Bleeker Street station, where Vasquez said the conductor had called 911.

Neely — who was living on the streets and had a history of mental health issues — lost consciousness after being put in the chokehold, and EMS workers at the station were unable to revive him, police and law enforcement sources said.

The straphanger — who sources said is a Marine veteran — was taken into custody and later released without charges. The investigation is ongoing and authorities were waiting on autopsy results before deciding whether to pursue charges against the younger man, sources said.

He declined to comment when reached by The Post Tuesday, saying, “I am not interested in answering any questions, thank you.”

Vazquez, who was on his way to Yonkers at about 2:30 p.m. on Monday, said Neely barged into the train at the Second Avenue station — and quickly began screaming and yelling at riders, prompting many to move away.

Video taken later shows the man flailing his arms and legs in an effort to free himself as the straphanger has him in a headlock and another bystander helps to hold him down on the floor of the subway train.

“He moved his arms but he couldn’t express anything,” Vazquez said of Neely. “All he could do was move arms.

“Then suddenly he just stopped moving,” Vasquez recalled. “He was out of strength.”

A person can be heard in the video expressing worry about Neely’s wellbeing off-camera. The man who had been helping the straphanger hold Neely down replies that, “He’s not squeezing no more.” The two then let Neely go after a few seconds, leaving him lying on his side on the ground.

“None of us who were there thought he was in danger of dying,” Vasquez said. “We thought he just passed out or ran out of air.”

Vazquez said he had mixed feelings about the fatal encounter — particularly since he said Neely had not physically attacked anyone on the train before he was taken down.

“I think that in one sense it’s fine that citizens want to jump in and help. But I think as heroes we have to use moderation,” he said.

“This would never have happened if the police had shown up within five minutes,” he added. “Then we’d be talking about a true hero. It’s complicated.”

Im certainly not going to shed a tear for a dead nigger hobo but from the footage I'd say the guy is definitely going to get charged with murder. He held that chokehold way too long and too hard, if he had proper training in BJJ he would know to wrap his legs around the guys hips and extend to lock the guy in a tight hold without having to use potentially lethal force. Unless the guy has a weapon he is in an inescapable position and the marine could have only applied light force on the choke to discourage him flailing about.

Marines think they are all super elite Navy Seal killers but the truth is that your average Marine training is about as good as the pay they get, fuck all. Especially their hand to hand combat training.

Ahhh, pretty much what happened to spark off the Great Depression? Well, seems about right, a century has passed now, and anyone with any remembrance of this shit is long gone, and the history books have been rewritten. Got to love how (((they))) just repeat the same bullshit over and over, instead of thinking up new and exciting ways to fuck us over. Always with the money.
We run on fractional reserve banking, which means that the banks are legally required to keep a fraction of your money in reserve for giving back out if you require it. That fraction was recently set at 0%.
This means all the banks in America are not required to have any cash on hand at all, and can do whatever they please with 100% of deposits, including gambling it away in retarded ways, since the repeal of the Glass-Steagall act(by Bill Clinton). This act meant the separation of investment and commercial banks, without it, all money is gambling money to the bankers.

This wog got what he deserved but there are much safer and easier ways to incapacitate someone especially if you're trained like this dude is.
How exaclty marines are trained?

i mean, if he is a common infantryman i dont think they would be taught all those fancy techniques for physical combat.

I can't be the only one right...?

Depends on what you mean by "trained."

If by hand to hand (MCMAP Program), not very well; and even then most instructors I've seen focus on PT/Hazing than actual technique.

Edit: Got my Green Belt (third of five; Tan > Grey > Green > Brown > Black) and spent more time running in gear and punching/kicking to exhaustion than proper movements. Every instructor is different, but who your instructor is, is all based on who in your shop been to the instructor's course and how they want to run things. You show up for the full 2 weeks of Green Belt training, you may do actual little training, but as long as he signs off on your hours and test, congratulations, you're qualified.

All Marines earn a tan belt in MCMAP (the Marines martial art program) in boot camp. The curriculum for a tan belt include:

man i hope nigger fatigue kicks in early. Another summer of love is just so tiresome.

I hope the more they try defund the police the more random people gonna get fed up and deal with it themselves. Eventually people will have so much nigger fatigue they will be like the village that ignored the killing of the "town bully" Ken Rex McElroy and just turn a blind eye to it. Dankula made a fun video about it.

I wonder if this MCMAP can beat the good old BJJ + boxing/krav maga combo
There's some useful stuff, but that's all higher level stuff. There's also that all the special operator schools do different martial arts programs, where every swinging dick in the Corps can do the McNinja program; so consider that, as well as how dedicated someone takes the training, because once you have your belt, there's no upkeep or annual training or anything. Funniest thing I ever saw was a dude "win a fight," quotations because it was barely a fight, with nothing but the Eye Gouge. Some rando got pissed at a bar came at one of our dudes, gets fingers in the eyes about five or six times till he's clutching his face in pain and stops. Eye Gouge, best MCMAP technique ever.

Oh, and Gracies are fags, and a Ranger Choke will wreck anyone while requiring very little training.

It's surprising to me that no one's dimed the chokeholder out yet. Obviously the cops and the media know his name and anyone who knows him would recognize him in the video, but no one's shared anything except his age and his veteran status. Not sure what this speaks to but it's interesting.

"Thank God for the rain which has helped wash away the garbage and trash off the sidewalks. I'm workin' long hours now, six in the afternoon to six in the morning. Sometimes even eight in the morning, six days a week. Sometimes seven days a week. It's a long hustle but it keeps me real busy. I can take in three, three fifty a week. Sometimes even more when I do it off the meter. All the animals come out at night - whores, skunk pussies, buggers, queens, fairies, dopers, junkies, sick, venal. Someday a real rain will come and wash all this scum off the streets."

I'm guessing there is no hurry. Everyone knows the
dude is going to be charged, probably tomorrow cuz its Friday, then they can legally go nuts and call for a good old fashion SJW lynching while grifting their hypocritical hearts out.

I'll say this.

1) Nobody likes fucking being held hostage in a subway car by some fucking bum's 'performance' and then demand money from you. And they can get angry. The worst of bums just demand money and shit in a subway or a bus. Making the subway or bus free would render them unusable as there's already a grey market for people selling discarded metro cards, which is why the city is phasing them out.
Really trying to make him the next Saint Floyd (PBUH) with the whole "They be lynching us 'n shit" race grifting.

Just look at this 'wonderful' image of the Michael Jackson impersonator, which amuses people from outside the city like a minstrel show, but notice every New Yorker doing their fucking BEST to avoid looking at him. Because he will expect money in exchange. Most buskers and the most talented ones are NOT in subway cars, they're in the subway stations because they know they'll get more money that way and nobody likes fucking being forced to listen to their act in a subway car.
2) That video looks ancient and its pretty fucking clear he hasn't been doing any Michael Jackson impersonations for awhile
3) Most bums can easily get food. This is a big myth. They spend their money mostly on drugs and alcohol. A lot of services go unused because bums want easy access to drugs and alcohol
4) He probably has several undiagnosed mental issues such as schizophrenia which makes him violent
5) His family does not give a singular shit about him because he's living on the streets and is obviously more than they can or want to handle. They will come out of the woodwork for a nice fat lawsuit and claim he was an important member of their family. Even though, you know, they haven't looked or done anything for him in a decade.

I've had homeless crackheads literally try to take money out of my hands when I was paying for something. I've seen them smoke crack in front of cops with nothing getting done. I've seen schizophrenics so filthy their pants are falling apart. I've seen homeless people put in wheelchairs with rotting and decaying feet.

New York doesn't give a shit about any of these people, because it doesn't have the apparatus to force them into care. But oh, when someone suddenly goes off the chain with 40+ arrests and violent assaults and he dies, all of a sudden he was a beloved busker and isn't it horrible?

I'm tired of this garbage and a lot of people are too. The activist class will come in from their rich neighborhoods where they chase these people out. Do homeless people get dumped on their streetcorners? No. Do they have to deal with half-naked homeless people screaming at them, demanding money for 'food' because they know no one is going to give them money for drugs? No. Do they have to deal with obvious crackheads and addicts lining their streets? No.

Nobody cared about this guy. Nobody cared enough to get him treatment, to get him off the streets. And yes, he had a tragic childhood. So did many people and they don't end up with 40+ arrests, I'm sorry he had one, but that's not an excuse. And even if people did care, nobody looked for him, nobody saw his act and lent a hand. So don't give me this fucking bullshit now that he's dead. It takes a lot to care about a person, but it doesn't take anything to care about a corpse. Fuck you and your fake fucking sympathy and outrage.
