I can't even beat YaneuraOu level 3, but still it's fun.

If I remember correctly, with best play the defending team always wins.
In my opinion all good board games should end in a draw with best play, that's the problem with asymmetrical board games, it's quite hard to find a balance in inherently imbalanced games.
Edit: "Best Play" has yet to be determined in Copenhagen rules, but the defending team does win much more often, Ard Rí rules have already been solved though.
Also, yes, I do know many symmetrical board games like Atomic chess do sometimes suffer from the same problem that one side will always beat the other side with best play.

If Yakuza taught me anything is that if Shogi was a person I would tell them they stink, they're boring and they make for a shitty mini game that stalls all progress in bed.
