King Otis Carlino Pugglesworth IV Has been declared the King of America, with his birthday a national holiday. He attends major events throughout the nation and is even there to start the Superbowl. His face is on the currency, and his portrait hangs in many some people's homes. When he passes there will be a week of mourning (electronic devices will not be disabled), and after that is the coronation of his firstborn son, Otis Carlino Pugglesworth V (or whatever puppy the current president declares to be king) which also lasts for a week.

America is already ruled by figures that think they're superior and that it should be everyone else's job to feed and provide for them for absolutely no thanks in return while they laze around all day.
